This ultrasonic cutter easily handles most of the materials I use for scale models. It has dramatically reduced the time needed for piece preparation. Highly recommended

The build quality is outstanding
The build quality is outstanding, and it comes with a nice storage case. It cuts through plastic like a hot knife through butter. I use it for support removal on my 3D prints works great and is very quiet. For my scale models, it handles most materials easily and has cut my part preparation time significantly. A must have tool.

The products are great I own three types of them customer service takes time to get back to you, but they eventually do pretty happy with it. I had a package that was damaged. They were quick to give me something to make up for it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Company does not stand by their…
Company does not stand by their products or words. Total SCAM. Got sent a non fictional product and no response from the company for over a month. Filed a dispute with my credit card and they finally responded. Convinced me that I would get sent a new product if I cancelled the dispute. Biggest mistake!!! They kept insisting that the dispute was still active and then told me TWICE that a refund was on the way. Then told me that They could not refund me and had to contact my credit card company. After the 60 day period was over where I could not refund issue the dispute. They know what they are doing to scam people!!!

Fast shipping
Fast shipping. My ultrasonic cutter cuts plastic easily with little effort. My only gripe is it arrived with the battery at about 0% and had to charge before I could try it out.
