my item was scheduled for delivery today 10 dec, however when filling out the acknowledgment and confirmation reply e-mail , I made a mistake. I didn’t confirm date and time slot. Realising my mistake I contacted the seller late last night they were very helpful and kind. Despite my mistake my item arrived today as planned. Great customer service fabulous delivery and the most beautiful chaise I would definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend to others
