I am sorry that you were left feeling disappointed with your experience with us. After reviewing the transcripts of the calls, I understand that although you weren't explicitly told that "we can't help you", we needed to contact our courier's account manager and arrange a refund of your shipping costs.
I understand that our communication wasn't as clear as it could have been, and we have taken your feedback on board. We have provided additional training to the team and would like to apologize again for the delayed delivery. Unfortunately, as we use a third-party courier, we do rely on them to deliver within the time frames provided to us. However, sometimes there might be delays within the postal network.
As we discussed, we organized an upgraded apology hamper for your recipient, and delivery was completed the next business day. I hope this gave you the opportunity to see that this is how the majority of our orders go.

above and beond customer service
This was my first order with this company. I ordered a hamper to be delivered the next business day. when I checked the tracking it was not delivered due to there being no safe place to leave it. It seems as if the Aust Post courier did not bother to ring the intercom. I rang the company and they promised a redilevery on the next day. That same evening the hamper was delivered. I was very impressed that they managed to arrange that, given that Aust Post do not deliver after hours as a rule. Would definitely recommend this company for excellent customer service.
