Numerous emails ignored by Halos
I have not received my order that was placed over a month ago. I have contacted Halos via email and messages 3 times in total about my order and have not received a response from customer services. The order shows as shipped but there is no tracking for the number provided within the UK. Avoid...I have tried to contact to no avail. Therefore I have no way of getting a refund or replacement.

We have requested further information regarding this review but as of yet have received no response. When we highlighted this to trustpilot they responded by telling us that they no longer remove reviews that cannot be verified. They have software it seems that can detect whether a review is genuine or not. They then tried to sell us a subscription package. This is the type of company we are dealing with. Essentially, High trust pilot scores are for sale. Every company that has a subscription with trust pilot coincidentally also has a great trust pilot score. We will not be coerced into taking out an extortionate subscription package, all of our reviews both positive and negative are organic and that is the way it is going to stay. Always use several sources when researching a company and don’t rely on trust pilot.
Shipped from China, never arrived, but I did receive a full refund.
Ordered two chains. They never arrived.
In fairness, the company refunded me in full after a month, without quibbling, so that’s a strong point in their favour. Customer service also responded quickly.
That said, when I ordered I did not know they were being shipped from China (makes the name Halo London feel a bit dodgy) and I would not have ordered them if I had known that as it makes returns impossible.

Update 2 : the chargeback raised by Veronica Ridley once she received the replacement was reversed by her bank once we provided the requested evidence.
UPDATE: Once The declaration of non receipt was signed, we were able to forward it in to evri who are still to come back to us with the outcome. In the meantime we sent a replacement out with tracking number H02V3A4058065459, which shows it was delivered on June 5th at 13:29. Customer confirmed that they have received the replacement and would update the review to reflect the issue had now been resolved, but the enthusiasm to update a review is never as strong as it is to leave a negative one on trust pilot as is usually the case.. so we have updated our response to reflect the resolution
According to the tracking number H02V3A4049963250, Evri delivered your order on Friday, 17th of May. We understand that despite this status, you have reported that the item was not delivered to your address and was left in an unsafe location.
To resolve this, we requested that you sign a declaration of non-receipt, which is necessary for us to initiate an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, without this signed document, we are unable to dispute the delivery status with Evri.
Regarding your comment about the delivery address, our system automatically uses the address entered at checkout for shipping labels. In our previous communications, you mentioned that the parcel was left in the communal area of your block, indicating that the delivery address itself is not the issue.
We sincerely want to assist you in resolving this matter. Please contact our customer service team via chat or email so we can further assist you. We have also reached out to Evri and they require the signed declaration to proceed.

I’m travelling abroad for a wedding next week and I wanted to order one of the super flamboyant feather bow tie sets from Halo’s. But I was concerned that the standard delivery window would mean it would arrive after I left.
So I reached out through their chat system on Tuesday evening. I was advised they would expedite the delivery. Somehow, when I arrived home from work the next day, the bow tie had been delivered! Exceptional. I was prepared to have to wait and worry that it wouldn’t arrive but instead it came almost immediately. I’ve never had such a positive customer service experience.
Also just to say, the craftsmanship and quality of the bow tie and pin is incredible, it even came in a proper wooden presentation box with brass fittings. Considering the price I was blown away and I can’t wait to steal focus at the wedding with my stunning peacock feather bow tie. (I’m only half kidding).
Well done folks, you’ve made a loyal customer out of me.

We have thoroughly reviewed our communication records and found that we received only one email from you, to which we responded promptly, offering a return option for the earrings. Additionally, we offer a live chat facility for immediate assistance, which was not utilized in this instance. As we have not received any return request from you, we assumed you chose to keep the earrings.
We understand your disappointment with the slight bend in the earring post, which can be easily adjusted or returned if not suitable. These are the only two options available in this instance, as we believe issuing a refund or replacement for such an easily fixed issue is unreasonable.
