Really shady company
Update: as I continually pointed out at the time, I wouldn't go to the trouble of sending back a bracelet that cost £13! Lol Notice they don't refute the idea they drop ship cheap items from China though. Garbage items and garbage customer service. They try to have any negative reviews removed, but thankfully Trustpilot did the right thing and kept it on :)
Really shady company. Accused me of lying about a bracelet I purchased - they actually had the audacity to claim I sent back a different item that "doesn't weigh the same" when in fact the item I returned was the very one they'd sent! Bad company selling cheap Jewellry drop shipped from China. The only thing worse than the items they sell is the way they deal with complaints, as you can see from the other reviews!

As for your accusation about the return process, our team did notice some “minor discrepancies” in the item sent back, such as the obvious signs of wear and tear along with the difference in size and weight, but we’re sure that was just a simple mix-up and not, you know, intentional!!

Only half of my refund received!
I ordered 2 pairs of sleeper hinged earrings, good price and were nice when they arrived but the fastening was not what I was looking for, I needed easy fastening.
They advised I could return but would need to pay the return postage - no issue with that as was not an error with the earrings, they were just not suitable.
Returned BOTH pairs which were received by them in one parcel but they only refunded one! And are now ignoring me! I have sent multiple emails and messages through their website but no response! Not starting to think they are a dodgy company who have just stolen my money!!!
Order number 12102 if they actually reply to this!

This company is Terrible. Ordered 2 rings only received 1. Not 925 silver is cheap and nasty. Contacted company 4 times and not had a single reply through the contact us submission page on website. All submitted correctly as confirmation received. Shipping takes ages as from China. Avoid.

Lack of response, impossible earrings
The earrings looked lovely when they arrived, but being sleepers without a hinge I found it impossible to fasten them in my ears! Even not in my ears it was tricky, with quite a bit of force required. I emailed the company but received no reply, so bought a hinged pair somewhere else.
A very quick response from the company to this review - I tried to start a return as they suggested but my order number was not recognised. So frustrating!
