Hallcroft Finance was founded in 2010. In 2023, Hallcroft Finance expanded to open a Leeds Office and with this are now able to provide advice on mortgages, protection for personal clients and business clients, home insurance and buy to let mortgages. This is, of course, in addition to the provision of full-service debt advisory to property investors and developers throughout the UK and trading businesses. We have continued to grow through forming strategic partnerships with our client base and now offer our own source of funding and equity investment Our Offices are located in London, Leeds & Edinburgh and we have clients throughout the UK.

Martyn P dealt with our development…
Martyn P dealt with our development funding. There were a few hurdles that we presented to him but each was navigated very quickly and effectively.
Martyn was always available to discuss progress and always dealt with any issues incredibly pro-actively and immediately.
I certainly believe that the way in which he managed our process meant that the direct relationship with the lender started on a very amicable and sound footing. Certainly, everything has felt far more collaborative as we move through the build stage.
What is especially commendable is, even after Martyn had performed his role, he was calling us to offer further help and assistance if we ran into problems with the lender.
Hallcroft Finance is approachable, understanding, solution providing, collaborative and very effective. It provided us with an excellent service, both during and after.

Merit group and Hallcroft
Merit group are developers and contractors and we have been working with Hallcroft for several years now, they are our go to funding gurus. We engage early on in the appraisal stage to ensure that the funding process is a smooth and viable one. The team led by Martyn and Adrian always come up with a solution to any issues and a choice of funding packages, it’s been a joy to work with them, we could not speak more highly of them they really are experts in their field.

Comprehensive funding structures, overview and forward planning across all of our oppotunities have been great.
Consideration to our individaul business needs and not a 'one size fits all' strategy really helped us over the last couple of years when things have not been perfect.
