From the start hassle free, wonderful staff that was so helpful with great communication until completion, would definitely use hallbrook Partners again.

The sum of money I invested about 15 years ago I had written off after the company collapsed. It was only once Holbrook partners contacted me that I realised that maybe some recompense was possible. I’m delighted with the way they handled the whole process which involves me doing very little. They’ve kept me updated throughout and I’ve now got back a substantial amount of money that I thought I had lost. Thoroughly recommend this company for their attention to detail and friendliness.

Hallbrook Partners (represented by Ewan Porter) acted on my behalf regarding a compensation claim lodged with the FSCS.
At the outset, Ewan explained the process in easy to understand yet comprehensive terms which outlined the likely ongoing process. My role was limited to providing any supporting evidence relevant to the claim, further to which Ewan made the appropriate engagement with FSCS and prepared all the documentation and supportive narrative required for the submission of the claim (having first run through the content with me). At all stages of the (inevitably lengthy) process I was kept up to date with the current status and Ewan was always readily available in the event I had any queries.
From the outset, it was made clear to me that only in the event of a successful claim would any fee be payable to Hallbrook and that, as such, my risk in pursuing the claim was zero. This in itself was very re-assuring. Happily however, thanks to Ewan’s efforts on my behalf, the claim was successful and I can state quite categorically that I have never paid a fee for the provision of a service which was more warranted.
