Still waiting for a refund
Still waiting for a refund, be wary of this company. The subscription doesn't notify in advance and is processed the same day so if you've forgotten about it (not uncommon on the 3 month subscription) it'll dispatch on the same day without a chance to stop it. I did contact Halite Salts on the same day and was told they would stop it being dispatched but this didn't happen. They then ignored my messages and finally called last Friday to say they had "requested the offshore admin team to process my refund which should be done in 48 hours" this never happened and i'm still waiting. They told me to keep the product and they'd give me a full refund, although I wish i'd now returned to sender.
I've been forced to contact my card provider to deal with the refund.

This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we take your feedback very seriously. We have now processed your refund in full, and you should have received an email confirmation of this. If you have not received it, please let us know, and we will ensure it reaches you.
Additionally, we recognise that our subscription service did not provide adequate notice before renewal. We are now implementing changes to ensure customers receive more advanced notice before a subscription payment is processed.
