I had purchased a subscription with amazon but it wasn’t available after one month. Now it is but it has more than doubled in price. That is not fair game.It’s unfortunate because I’m sure that will turn off some users.

DECEPTIVE & MISLEADING
I received a text for 40% off. I went to the site ordered the amount within the coupon guide lines. Generally when you check out there is an option to apply the coupon code, NOT the case they charged me full price no 40% discount and the only customer service is an email. I am contacting my bank, the BBB, the Fair Trade and anyone else I think. It’s not even the money so much as the deceptive way they did this. So disappointed in this company!

There is absolutely nothing miraculous about their Miracle Brush!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have thick hair, and my tried and true paddle brush works 100% better than this gimmicky brush! They will not accept returns, like most other reputable companies do. How in the world is someone supposed to know if the brush works for them if they're not allowed to try it?? DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR HYPE!

Products seem to be ok but customer service is very poor. They take forever to respond to email and email is the only method of contacting them. The most annoying part is their deceiving ads. It stated BOGO for Black Friday sale and I ordered 3 bottles. They didn’t send me any free items aside from a bottle of their skin pills that I do not use. It took them weeks to finally respond to my requests and they insisted that buy one get one means buy 2 bottles of something and we will send you a free bottle of the skin pill. How would this be buy ONE get ONE?!

II am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase made through your website.

Before ordering, I could not find any expiration date listed for the product. I reached out via email to request this information, and your response was intentionally vague and avoided providing a clear answer. Despite this, I proceeded with the purchase due to a severe hair loss condition and the promotional pricing offered.
Upon receiving the order, I discovered that the products expire in just one year. This is unacceptable, especially considering I purchased multiple units. When I contacted your team for a return, I was told that a 25% deduction would apply, which I firmly reject.
If your company does not provide a full refund for all unopened and unused products, I will take legal action. I have already consulted with a lawyer. In addition, I will not hesitate to share my experience on all social media platforms and consumer review websites to alert others about these deceptive practices.

I urge you to resolve this matter promptly and fairly.

My items never came. I did pay for them.

I bought the gummies to try because I could see the hype online. However this brand uses the influencer image to sell their product and I didn’t see much results in terms of hair growth or condition. They are not bad but they didn’t do anything either.

It worked for me really well. I can see results after using it for 5 months. I got gummies but just a week ago ordered advance capsules. I’m happy cause hair growth was unbelievable around side of my scalp as well my energy level is higher since it contains Bcomplex. Also the shipping is good cause you gave tracking number and it updates you for all steps….so far so happy about this. I’m glad I trusted this product

I ordered six Advanced Capsules during the Black Friday sale. After placing the order, I didn’t see a confirmation code on the website, so I assumed it hadn’t gone through and clicked the button again. To my surprise, I was charged twice for a total of 12 packs.

When I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel the duplicate order immediately, but the website didn’t provide any clear guidance or options for cancellation—unlike most other sites. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. They don’t have a phone number, and the only way to contact them is via email, which took 48 hours to respond. When they finally replied, they told me there was no option to fix the issue except returning that it takes a lot....

This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. It feels like they’re more focused on taking your money than providing quality customer support. The product itself is not as magical or helpful as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Ich nutze Hairtamin Gumibärchen seit ca. 6 Monaten. Am Anfang war ich skeptich aber jetzt fange ich an sehr zufrieden zu sein und habe mir nochmal für 3 Monaten bestellt. Danach werde ich eine Pause von 3 Monaten einlegen. Mein Haare ist dicker geworde und an eine bestemmte stelle über den Stirn ist Haare gewachsen da wo ich seit ein paar Jahren eine Lücke hatte. mMein Haar ist nicht schneller länger gworden, wollte ich auch nicht unbedingt, aber ist definitiv dicker und stärker geworden. Ich spüre es wenn ich mir ein Pferdeschwanz machen will dass ich viel mehr Haar in meinem Faus habe als wie ich gewonnt war. Ich bin zufriden.

This product is trash. You can buy other pills for much cheaper that have the same ingredients. Totally rip-off and not worth the money. Stop making rich fraudulent people richer by buying their trash

I ordered Hairtamin capsules and serum but decided to cancel my order the following day. Despite my cancellation request, they proceeded to ship the items. They initially assured me that they would consider my request, but after numerous follow-up emails over the course of a month, I have yet to receive a refund. It appears that their strategy is to exhaust customers with prolonged follow-ups, thereby compelling them to retain the products. This experience has led me to lose trust in the company, as their actions do not align with their stated policies.

I used hairtamin for over a year and spend so much money on with out nothing any benefits.

They didn't deliver the items, no update on tracking number after 30 days and when I asked for a refund they only refunded the item fee and not the shipping fee.
SO BE AWARE THEY WILL NOT DELIVER OR PAYBACK YOUR MONEY.

Horrible return process! I sent the items back because the products made me breakout and my hair was falling out even more. I never received a refund despite the fact that they did receive the products. I will definitely dispute this charge with my bank.

If this is not working for you, at least it works for the producer!

I should have known better

#1. Plastic Bottle very strong smell I had an allergic reaction to it

#2. 100% guaranty not honoured

#3. Serum was irritating to my scalp

I will stick to "TheOrdinary" Hair serum that comes in a glass bottle and that actually works.

Believed in an influencer and purchased the shampoo and conditioner, only to have my hair thinned out and got patches of almost skin showing, if you love your hair don't waste your money and hair

I used hairtamin and hairtamin Mom for almost a year and spent so much money on these without noticing any benefits. DO NOT BUY. These are a scam. They are using influencers who already have nice hair to promote their products trying to make people believe it’s the result from taking Hairtamin.

Their shipping and services are f..k
No one will answer you after your purchase.
