Horrible service, very unprofessional, they rang me personally to change my appointment to the 7th april 2:30pm when i should be staying in, they put my self and my household at risk of getting ill, they said they sent me an email however me and my partner didn't get anything, we also see no results off this (new machine) they saying they are using now

Excellent service, Shaz explained everything from start to finish and made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous. Shaz talked me through the treatment and made sure I was happy before proceeding, she clearly explained the after care. Really happy with the treatment and service will definitely recommend to family and friends .

I am two sessions in to my course & I am very pleased I chose Envie Harley Street for laser hair removal.
Agnes is very professional & explains everything thoroughly in a way that makes the process easy to understand.
I feel very comfortable when I visit the clinic & am looking forward to continuing the treatment!

Just had 2nd Laser in package and absolutely no issues so far. Seen by Agnes and seems very professional. Only issue is with access to building if arriving after 6 when Reception is closed. Work around is just to call Agnes, so happy with that.

Would definitely recommend Agnes and this branch.

Anna is fantastic! she explained me everything i needed to know regarding laser hair removal, she is very kind, well prepared and just a nice person who will put you at ease and make you feel super comfortable. I am super happy about the experience and service received!

I had a great experience! My first session, including my patch test with Anna from Harley Street in London was very comfortable and quick. I’m already seeing results!

Had an amazing experience at the bham clinic and was seeing amazing results in hair reduction. Unfortunately I new had a medical condition and informed Nina (who provided the laser treatment) and she was incredibly supportive and consulted the medical team at the clinic who advised that I stopped laser treatment. Amazing team and the client manager Barbara was also very supportive and prioritised my health and well being, provided me instantly with a refund for the sessions I sadly could no longer have. Would recommend and hope to become a client here again asap!

I had four sessions with a lovely therapist Jessica and I have to do another two,I paid a package for 6 sessions and everything was like I spoke on the beginning. She was amazing during the whole process! She gave all the info and details about what is supposed to do for my treatment.... And the manager Barbara is a very nice person she helped me a lot with all informations I need it.

I’ve had 3 treatments and cannot recommend this clinic. I’ve had 4 appointments that have been cancelled/haven’t happened with little or no notice, seen 3 different practitioners, the price of the package changed midway through, and I’ve received worryingly conflicting information about timings between treatments to ensure safe/effective results.

3rd feb 2020 1st patch test: With Iryna. It went okay. Seemed very nice. There was hair on the bed which I pointed out and she apologised and cleaned it up. Patch test itself went okay. I booked to come in on the 10th, where I was told and confirmed in Email I would be having Jessica.

10th February: I was greeted by another woman that werent Jessica. Wasn't told beforehand that I was having a different therapist, which does slightly concern me. I had another patch test on their new laser machine, when I thought I was going to be getting my first session. I was due to back on the 14th of Feb where I was promised Jessica would be doing my first session.

I also asked her about the two lasers and was told that Jessica and Iryna would be using both on me. I don't see how it makes sense to use a new technology laser that goes up higher settings and keep using an old laser system that doesn't go as deep into the hair follicles. I found this a bit strange. However, I will bring this up next time and tell them I only want to use the new laser for future and preferably stick to one therapist.

14th of February: first laser session: Yet again was greeted by someone different who wasn't Jessica. I was greeted by a lady called Cindy. I do think it would be better practice to let clients know in advance if the therapist they're seeing changes! Anyways, first session was alright. I felt as ease when the laser was being performed on me. It was over quicker than I felt like it would feel. One issue I had was when I was offered some aloe vera gel after, she allowed me to use my finger to touch to barrel of the aloe vera gel to get the product out. I think this is unsanitary practice personally and couldn't help but think "is this going to be used on someone else after?"

Anyways, I will be booking again around the end of march for my second laser treatment when it would be 6 weeks since my first.

I think overall from what I've noticed they should:

-introduce names as greeting clients
-update in advance if the therapist you're booked with changes
-better hygiene practices! Hair on the bed from precious clients and allowing your client to use their fingers to touch the barrell to get aloe vera gel from the bottle is not good practice! Other than that, I do not have anything else bad to say. I will carry on going to the envie laser clinic at the bridge in London bridge, as I'm still excited to see my results and the therapists seem very reassuring and caring during patch test/sessions!

I popped into the clinic to get advice about lazer hair removal. Spoke to a lovely lady called Nina. She was very informative and provided me with great advice. Clinic was very tidy and clean. I will definitely be booking my first Lazer treatment soon!!

Quick and easy treatment. Just wish there was more information throughout the session.

Awful. Misleading website offering services only to discover they don’t do them after booking an appointment and travelling.

I had my lazer done for the first time and was quite terrified. But Nina the lady who did my Lazer reassured me I will be fine and kept talking to me. The customer service was on point and I felt very looked after. Will definitely be going back.
