I went to Dr. Arslan for my hair transplant 1 1/2 years ago (oct-24) and I can say now that I’m fully satisfied by my choice and by the result. Even if some period was a bit difficult (to sleep for instance), i have no regret seeing my hairs and if I should do it again, I’d do it without hesitation.

The professionalism and the office and lunch bar facilities. Zoriana was a helpful nurse. I already see good hair growth after only 17 weeks. Very impressive!
The crown area is lagging but catching up fast. I look forward to the next 6-8 months. Hair growth should be incredible.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung in der Klinik und bei Dr.Arslan. Die Betreuung ist äußerst individuell – man fühlt sich als VIP-Patient, nicht wie in einem Fließbandverfahren. Pro Tag werden nur maximal zwei Operationen durchgeführt, was Qualität und Aufmerksamkeit zeigt. Dr. Arslan und sein Team sind fachlich exzellent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. J’ai réalisé une greffe de cheveux chez HairMedico à Istanbul le 28/01/2026, (3000 greffons) et je tiens à partager mon excellente expérience.
Dès mon arrivée, tout a été parfaitement organisé : prise en charge depuis l’aéroport, transfert confortable jusqu’à l’hôtel qui lui-même est un très bon hôtel, accueil chaleureux et rassurant. On se sent immédiatement entre de bonnes mains. Le chauffeur vient ensuite vous chercher à l'hôtel le matin de l'opération.
Le jour de la greffe, l’équipe a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme. Les assistantes du docteur sont extrêmement compétentes, attentives et douces. Le docteur explique chaque étape avec clarté et prend vraiment le temps de rassurer, ce qui est très important dans ce type d’intervention.
Le docteur Arslan est un véritable expert dans son domaine, très abordable avec qui l'on peut échanger facilement pendant et après la greffe autour d'un bon thé turque. Son expérience professionnelle se ressent immédiatement : diagnostic précis, explications claires, gestes maîtrisés et grande rigueur médicale. La clinique opère généralement un patient à deux grand maximum par jour, la qualité est privilégiée. En ce qui me concerne, j'avais une zone donneuse assez faible en densité, le docteur a donc due prélever stratégiquement les greffons pour ne pas endommager la zone donneuse et les réimplanter stratégiquement pour couvrir la zone dégarnie. Cela inspire une vraie confiance sachant que selon le pack que vous prenez, c'est lui qui réalise l'extraction et les incisions. Le docteur m'a fait bénéficié de soins supplémentaires qui n'étaient pas forcément compris dans mon pack, et je voudrais le remercier de nouveau pour cela. J'en suis à quasiment 10 jours post greffe mais les résultats semblent prometteur au vu de la première repousse et des soins complémentaires fournis dans le pack pour la repousse des cheveux durant les mois suivants.
Un immense merci également à Anaïs, dont la communication a été parfaite du début à la fin. Toujours disponible, réactive et bienveillante, elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions avant, pendant et après la greffe. Le suivi post-opératoire est très sérieux, avec des conseils clairs et un accompagnement rassurant avec des photos à envoyer régulièrement à Anais.
Je recommande HairMedico sans aucune hésitation pour la qualité des soins, l’organisation irréprochable, l’expertise médicale et l’aspect humain de toute l’équipe. Excellent doctor I trusted him 100 percent and even didn’t looked lines before the operation just on trust, operation was fine Dr.Arslan did most of work. Just after operation I looked his job and it was great 100 percent that I wanted and needed. His team is so friendly and took care of me in every hour durning operation like walking in asking everything is okay etc. Service was also good not bad hotel with good breakfast self driver since I arrived during procedure days and departure. The doctor has done ZERO follow up in 6 months and , after he agreed to a single phone call, he simply said 'it's too early to look at your hair , after 6 months'.

also, 1) HE DID NOT DO THE TRANSPLANT AT ALL AND WAS NOT EVEN IN THE ROOM, he only did the extraction.
2) the hair line was sloppy.

his secretary manages all communication, and she is not even in istanbul i don't think and all communication she provides is just 'delay ' and meaningless.

he does provide an 'easy' experience, but when i had other doctors look at his results, they said this was obviously not a good job. the reason he gets 2 stars is that he DID NOT overharvest. so at least he could have done a worse job. that is really a relief when i realized how bad it could have been.

also he takes no blood tests other than hiv/hepatisis which i realized later is something a good doctor should do.

also there was a fair amount of pain towards the end of the procedure because instead of doing a 2 day procedure he tries to do more in one day and as a result, blood floow started to cut off to the scalp during the end of the procedure. intense pain resulted even WITH the local anesthetics working as desired throughout.

as you can see from the response below the doctor is trying to explain a lot of inconsistencies and blame it on the patient.

the secretary did respond to some question over 6 months. the hairline was sloppy and they dont deny this. the doctor themself had NO followups in 6 months. the doctor was also doing the procedure from an electric generator because the electricity to his building was shutoff. i iverheard another patient saying that electricity had been shut off the previous day as well. I am not entirely disattisfied with the result but I still would not reccomend this doctor given what a few other doctors have said about the circumstances and details of my experience.

Anaïs la coordinatrice est toujours présente et pro active pour vous répondre dans les plus brefs délais. Des premiers échanges par messages, puis des étapes navette aéroport, hôtel, centre médical...) tout a été parfait. Le docteur et son équipe savent vous mettre dans les meilleures dispositions pour l'intervention. Je salue également le suivi post opératoire, l'équipe reste disponible pour répondre à vos questionnements parfois bien légitimes. Je suis impatient de voir l'évolution. J’ai rencontré une équipe accueillante, organisée et professionnelle au sein de locaux modernes et chaleureux.
J’ai été accueilli par Anaïs, assistante française du Dr Arslan, le jour de ma venue pour l’opération. Je tiens à la remercier pour sa disponibilité depuis la prise de contact jusqu’à la post-op.
J’ai ensuite rencontré le Dr Arslan ainsi que ses deux assistants. Je me suis senti entre de bonnes mains et accompagné tout au long du processus. C’est très rassurant ! Le docteur parle français et il ne pratique qu’une intervention par jour (la mienne a duré 6h). Il a été tout à fait transparent par rapport à ce qu’il était possible de faire. Il s’agit d’un service personnalisé : après quelques explications, il a pris le temps de dessiner une belle ligne frontale pour que celle-ci apparaisse naturelle et à mon goût. J’avais choisi le forfait Gold où le docteur pratique lui-même l’extraction des greffons et l’ouverture des canaux. Je remercie également ses deux assistants qui se sont montrés tout aussi professionnels, dévoués et très sympathiques.
Le service chauffeur pour les transferts aéroport-hôtel-clinique ainsi que l’hôtel sont parfaits : à l’heure, très sympathique et sans surprise.

Bonjour, j'ai 59 ans et le 22 juin 2021 j'ai décidé de faire une greffe de cheveux et de sourcils (côté intérieur) à la clinique Hairmédico avec le Docteur Arslan.... tout d'abord je témoigne 3 ans après ma greffe car je voulais avoir de bonnes informations sur les résultats! j'ai été greffé de 2900 greffes quasi tous à 1 cheveux à implanter uniquement côté ligne frontale + quelques centaines de greffes pour mes deux sourcils... Résultat: c'est quasi impeccable!!! personnellement je ne connaissait pas cette clinique mais le fait que le docteur ne prenne qu'un seul patient par jour m'a plu! l'intervention a durée env 7 heures, j'avais un cuir chevelu un peu difficile à manier... côté douleurs? un peu quand même lors d'extractions des greffes mais il a rajouté de l'anesthésie (je suis un peut douillet)... côté accueille du personnel rien à dire franchement le docteur et son équipe
sont très sympa et professionnels ainsi qu'Anais sans oublier! super intéressée par son travail ... j'ai payé 3500 euros (avion, hôtel et greffes) + 1000 euros pour greffes sourcils qui est à part ... c'est le docteur qui pratique les prélèvements des greffes et fait les incisions côté frontal pour l'implantation des greffes ensuite ce sont ses 2 assistants qui pratiquent la pose des greffes dans les incisions faite par le docteur et pour les sourcils c'est entièrement le docteur...sinon dès votre arrivé tout est pris en charge de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et vers la clinique et pour le retour c'est idem!.... Conclusion: je suis satisfait du résultat en toute sincérité... mais ne demander pas l'impossible genre une ligne frontal à 4 centimètre ou une densité énorme alors que vous avez 50 ans ou plus! le docteur restera franc avec vous pour un résultat naturel optimum! important le docteur est omniprésent du début à la fin des opérations... bon courage
