Curly closure has been a disappointment
I ordered the curly closure for the first time and it has been nothing but a problem for myself and my client. The hair constantly mats at the base by the lace and easily knots at the mid lengths. My client is an experienced closure/extensions wearer and this experience has been a disappointment.

Avoid! Toppers shed & Customer service non existent
Really disappointing. We had a problem with HC skin system closure advertised as ‘ layer of silk in between for longevity’
There was no longevity with this system it had shed within two months.
Emailed the company to resolve (presumed easily) the issue but the company simply deflected and refused to help nor offer an apology or explanation. Avoid!!!! Actually wish I had read these previous company complaints as it literally sums up the experience I’ve had also.

Their quality is not consistent
Their quality is not consistent. I have always used a toner to customize the topper and it has always worked. My customer hadn't even had this closure for a month and the hair was already falling out of it. Any other company would standby and know that is something that is unusual especially if I am a regular customer. Instead, they gave me the runaround and then when I send them pictures now all of a sudden they can't do anything because the hair had been toned. They were never going to correct the situation of their obvious quality control issue. I am not the only person who has complained, as I am in a mesh integration group and others have complained as well.

Extremely unhelpful when dealing with…
Extremely unhelpful when dealing with issues regarding a faulty product and completely inaccurate timeframes for repair given resulting in me having to purchase a duplicate, which was a complete waste of money. Refused any sort of compensation or refund for the inconvenience and attempts to communicate were either ignored or responded to days or weeks later. Only responded when I advised I would be contacting citizens advice to escalate the matter. Will not be using this company again which is a shame because I have previously purchased multiple units from this company and had never had a problem before.

Disappointed
Zero communication, no notification from delivery company , took two weeks to get a delivery arranged, had to pay £20 duty tax on top of £17.50 postage to northern Ireland . then told they don’t except returns from overseas countries N.Ireland is part of United Kingdom
