I recently purchased 3 Defender 600’s from Hades Bollards to install myself. On my initial enquiry Raj came to my house for a site survey and talked me through their product. He answered all my questions and provided a quotation. They delivered on time and I installed them myself, a fairly straightforward job as I’m a retired tradesman. They look good quality and work well. I’m very happy with Hades and their products.

Whilst there were some scheduling issues initially the bollard was fitted by an excellent electrician who after completion took the time to go through the application in slow time ensuring that it was understood. After a few hiccups initially the actual hook up was great! Hope the bollard lives up to its reputation.

Very happy with the work Hades did for me, especially as it wasn't the most straightforward installation. The team were polite, knowledgeable and extremely hard working.

The worst service I have ever had in my life. I installed 8 bollards 5 fixed and 3 automated in my newly build house. They said they are specialised on it. However, when they fixed it I found they hired very unprofessional staffs with low wages. So, they messed up my whole driveway. I spent 3k more to fix my driveway again. In addition, the bollards got 1 year’s warranty but within 2 months the automatic bollards are completely dead. I am trying to reach out the company owner Mr Prabhu last 7 days but he didn’t even bother to respond my text. Today, I spoke to another English company and they said this bollards are very cheap and Chinese made. I’m totally shocked how this type of making fool to the people. They are the gold diggers. Once they got the money they run away. Please don’t trust them. Highly recommend not to use this bollards.

Booked in earlier than planned so pressure was on the Hades team but they managed the project well. Raj was excellent to deal with and though under pressure from me, delivered the install as planned. Level of service and attention to detail was great. Good team.

We have just had bollards installed by Hades Bollards. The team worked incredibly hard and did a great job. The bollards are exceptional quality and look fantastic. We are delighted with the results.

The product and service have been excellent overall. There was some initial confusion due to an upgrade in the model I had ordered, which caused a slight delay. However, the team’s follow-up and commitment quickly resolved the issue and ensured I received the best product.

What truly stood out was the after-sales service—always friendly, responsive, and helpful. A special mention to owner Prabu, who even took the time to reply on WhatsApp on a Sunday evening to help troubleshoot an issue with the app. That level of support really makes a difference!

Choosing Hades to supply and install my automated bollard was one of my smartest decisions. The bollard works effortlessly and looks fantastic, with easy control via app or remote, with additional control box overrides. A special shout out to Raj, Irfan, Lex and the charismatic AJ, the care they took with my busy garden was very much appreciated, they were simply a delight to deal with. I now have a monster security addition, that looks the part, brimming with smart sensors and the peace of mind that affords. I would highly recommend Hades to all concerned about their security. Great company. Thanks to Prabu he has arranged a brilliant security for my cars. A few months ago I had a gang try and steal my car so having this security makes me feel far me at ease. The posts are easy to use unlike my manual posts I had before. The posts now from Hades are just a touch of a button to take them up or down which is perfect for myself and wife. I did a bit of research and came across Hades Bollards – the sales guy I spoke to explained the product well and answered all of my questions. The installation team did a good job – they explained everything and installed the bollards with little to no fuss. Fairly straight forward installation. The automatic one we got ispretty easy to use. They weren’t exactly cheap, but for the quality and peace of mind, it’s money well spent. Only thing I’d say is there was a slight delay in the timeline promised butwould recommend.

I found Hades Bollards online, and the DEFENDE600 looked really good. The price wasn’t cheap, but to be fair, they actually had a very good price compared to others I checked out. The team was lovely, showed up on time, and did a neat job. The bollards are actually quite cool, and now I do feel like my car’s secure.

Had my last car stolen right from my driveway, so started looking at security options. A friend recommended Hades Bollards The automatic bollards are very easy to use in all honesty and look decent too. The team who installed them were friendly, fast, and I was relatively happy with the finish. Was definitely more money than I’d anticipated, but after looking around, I realized they were actually very competitive on price. Good job guys.
