Hacked.com Omdömen

I was hacked on FB and FB has no good options to get my account back. So I contacted hacked.com and after 30 minutes I had my account back and was tightly locked down. Christian was awesome and knew exactly what to do. Super impressed with this company and will recommend them to anybody with this situation.

My Facebook account got hacked due to a lack of two-factor authentication. I tried myself for one day but Aaron assisted me step-by-step in trying out several other workarounds untill i was able to add my original email again and so recovered my account, changed the pw again, setup 2FA and kicked the hacker out. All this in less then one hour

Great experience working with Greg. After a hacked Facebook account we reached out to Facebook 3 times (actual human beings, not just using their automated system) and got nowhere. Greg walked us through the process of contacting an assortment of government officials and filing complaints about identity theft and we got immediate responses from them leading to regaining access to the lost account within a week or two. The process was seamless with everything being done via Zoom and screen sharing so we knew we were doing things right. The price was fair and I highly recommend that anyone dealing with a hacked Facebook account reach out to this company for assistance in getting it back.

Greg was ridiculously patient. He went above and beyond to fix my problem. The entire experience (2 sessions) made me feel like I had my own personal IT consultant.

I was skeptical at first, but now I highly recommend!

I was hacked on the 24th July; I had never been hacked before and was very upset since my account was created in 2011 and I had over a decade of memories/photos stored on there. After the hacker changed my email address to their own and set up two-factor authentication, I thought all hope was lost. I found hacked.com through Google and I must admit, I was feeling slightly apprehensive due to the trust issues I had after being hacked. Nevertheless, I purchased a Personal Recovery package and booked a Zoom session with Aaron Weaver. My case took more than two sessions and Aaron warned me from the start that recovering a hacked Facebook account is not always a quick fix and can often take months, depending on the individual case. Fortunately, for me, this wasn't the case and with reassurance and professionalism from Aaron, I was able to recover my account. Once my account was recovered, Aaron talked me through the necessary measures for keeping my Facebook secure and preventing potential future hacks. Thank you so much for your service, Aaron, you are truly an asset to the hacked.com team and I am so grateful for all of your help. I would 100% recommend seeking hacked.com's guidance if you've been hacked, they are professionals in their field and will help you understand the importance of cyber security.

Fantastic experience! Aaron is extremely knowledgable, and patient. He was able to help me recover my account and more importantly PROTECT it from further hackers. He was very thorough, making sure to check multiple avenues of concern. I would recommend this service to EVERYONE.

I 100% recommend!
I would 100% recommend Hacked.com! Christian was able to recover both my Facebook and Instagram accounts that had been hacked with my email and phone number changed, not allowing me back in. For days, I tried the traditional recovery routes but got no where. I really thought my accounts were gone. Christian was professional, courteous and patient as he walked me through the steps to recover my account. I would have had no idea what to do without his help. I even booked an additional shorter session for him to look over the accounts to make sure they were definitely secured going forward. Thank you again, Christian!

I was hopeless and furious when hackers somehow added their phone number to my 'two factor authentication' method. After 3 weeks I recovered my FB account thanks to them! Their instructions worked perfectly!

Gregory was awesome! He helped me get back in my hacked Facebook account in no time. I highly recommend Hacked.com!

Fantastic services, very friendly, great support. She was able to help me to recover my Facebook page after I have Been hacked and disable. I truly recommend them.

My Facebook account was hacked and completely taken over by the hackers. The hackers changed my email, phone number, and password associated with the account and I was unable to access it at all. I followed all of the steps recommended by Facebook to report and recover my hacked account, to no avail. I also followed the free advice on the Hacked.com website to try to recover, but that didn't work either. I thought all hope was lost, but booked an initial visit with Christian Erickson at hacked.com, as a last resort. Christian was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. He was able to recover my account pretty quickly, and after it was recovered he spent time looking through my account to make sure it was secure. He also looked at my Instagram and Google accounts, and helped me set up extra security on both of those. He went above and beyond what he was initially hired for and the entire experience was very easy. I am very grateful for Christian and hacked.com for helping me out! You guys are awesome! THANK YOU!!!

Hacked help me get my Facebook account back after it was disabled. Was given a quote by a competitor for $3,800. They did it for the cost of one call ($100) and helped secure the account later. Very professional.

Christian was very patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through several things to make my accounts safer from potential hackers. It was worth it to give me peace of mind.

Aaron was super helpful. I'd been hacked and had tried, unsuccessfully, to fix it on my own. Aaron was able to get it fixed and helped me to secure everything again so that I shouldn't have any more issues. Thanks so much!

So thankful for Greg and his patience with this non techie girl! I was super panicked and he was calm and collected!

Christian was so helpful, very polite and patient! He helped me get my email, Instagram and Facebook back and secure. It took a few sessions but I couldn’t have done it without his help. My identity was stolen and it started with my email, that trickled to Facebook and Instagram. I’m very thankful that I heard about hacked.com and if I ever have a friend who needs help I will definitely pass them on.
