Extremely Disappointed with Habitt — Poor Furniture Quality and Even Worse Customer Service
I purchased this bed from Habitt expecting good quality, durability, and reliable after-sales service, especially considering the premium price they charge compared with the local market. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The bed was barely used, yet within just 8 months it broke simply when one person sat on it. The damage shown in the photos speaks for itself. For furniture that costs this much, this level of durability is completely unacceptable.
What made the situation even worse was Habitt's response when I complained. Instead of taking responsibility for a product that failed after such a short period, I was simply told that the warranty had expired. There was no satisfactory solution and no level of customer care that I would expect from an established furniture brand.
People are willing to pay significantly more for branded furniture because they expect better materials, stronger construction, longer-lasting products and dependable customer service. If an expensive bed can become damaged and practically unusable within eight months under normal household use, then I seriously question what customers are paying the premium price for.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Habitt furniture, particularly their beds. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying furniture from Habitt to think carefully, inspect the construction and warranty terms, and compare other options before spending a substantial amount of money.
I chose a recognised brand because I wanted peace of mind and expected the furniture to last. Instead, after only eight months, I am left with a broken bed and an unsatisfactory response to my complaint.
Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase furniture from Habitt again and cannot recommend it to others based on the product and customer service I received.
