I ordered cigars that they did not deliver.

The cigars smoked as advertised. Perfect draw, smooth burn, rich flavor, complexity from start to finish. It's clear there was care in their selection and storage

This company is a scam. I ordered a box of cigars in September 2025.
After payment of ~400USDT they confirmed delivery.
After 4 days when I asked for a tracking info they said they forgot to include the delivery costs and asked to pay ~50USDT, I did ;-)
In one week when I already started to suspect scam they contacted me and said they don't deliver 1 box, they want me to pay more for 1 extra box. Since then all became clear. I asked for refund, they answered - yes, we can refund, but it will take few weeks.

All positive reviews here about this site are fake.

Package was delivered but delayed because it was first Taxed. First I was skeptical to pay the charges, but I was reimbursed fully and my package delivered.

I know it can be hectic shipping Cubans but They were helpful throughout the process.

Yes, they are scammers.
They persuade you to make an order online and do everything to receive a payment.
Then they don't respond to you and don't deliver your order, of course
If you contact them from different mail/phone they respond as to a new client.
When they understand it is you they simply ignore you.
DON'T MESS, you will loose your money

Ultimate scammers. I made an order and paid for it since end of June 2025 and the cigars never arrived. I have proof of all the conversion. I asked if there’s anything extra charges before delivery and they replied NO. Now they are asking for more money to pay customs. I have asked for refund and no-one is answering on social media or any other contact form. Within a month they have changed twice their address. Do not buy anything

Although the process was slow I still received my exact boxes and it was well sealed.

This company is a scam, they charged one card with a bunch of charges from different vendors. Then they claimed it didn't work, and I gave them another, and a bunch of other fake charges occurred. STAY AWAY

Looks like a scam. Every day they come up with a new cost required for delivery after dispatch.

I would have paid €557 for the cigars and $796 for "free" transport.
I was really dumb to fall for this scam, but it will now be reported to my government as well as Interpol

Please pay attention!!!! This is a shameless scammer's account!!! They collect money and don't ship!!! Then I'll give you a fake tracking number for the courier company. It will not be updated at all. When you contact the courier company to verify the issue. They will tell you that your package requires some fees to be paid. Do you understand? This is the second scam. These shameless scammers dare not reply to emails at all. They even fantasized that I couldn't find them, and I would make them clean and go to prison. I promise.

I've had a good experience with my shipment. The customer services was not very responsive but they delivered my product on time.
