I have not received two of the three items ordered
rear view mirrors & Pet liner. shipped by Purlater.
I have no notice that they have been to my house.
I did get the scooter and I love it. It gives me a much smother ride than the IZip scooter that I had.

The product was delivered one week prior to the original delivery date by Purolator at my front door with an immediate notice of the delivery so I was able to retrieve it immediately without any danger of it being stolen. Opening the box was easy and straight forward with scissors and a box cutter, which I used to cut all of the plastic restraint ties which insure that every part was tightly packed along with individual foam wrapping sheets and large foam blocks which insured that the bike contents would not move a centimetre during the shipping. With gradual removal of the packing ties, the foam wrapping sheets and the large foam blocks all of the parts of the C1 -Plus E-bike were released ready for assembly. With respect to the quality of the manufacturing, the exterior paint and the quality and durability of the materials used GYROOR C1-Plus E-bike got Six Stars. The quality of manufacturing was exceptional. As for the ordering process that was smooth and straight forward and the purchase showed up on my Mastercard account on the date of delivery.

Have the product on hand before selling it.
Ship the product when you say you will. I ordered this on July 22, and I still havent received the complete product.
I will never purchase anything from Gyroor again and I suggest to all that would purchase a similar product to look elsewhere.

Flawless delivery, scooter went together easily and rapidly, first ride was great. Very pleased with Gyroor product.

When ordered I was give a shipment date. When that dare came and went I would email and ask when it would be shipped. I was told they were delayed by 3 weeks. 3 weeks later, no shipment. This happened 3 times, 2.5 minths after initial shipment date I was fed up and cancelled my order

Being 64 waiting to go in for hip surgery it’s wonderful to get around on. The only thing I would change is, I would have a gate for the dog instead of having to pick her up to put her in.

For the price I paid could have been faster delivery. Having to wait, almost two months was absolutely ridiculous. And with no discount, because it was late, not very happy..

It’s a great bike easy to assemble

Just received my scooter. Easy to assemble. Came in 10 days. Very impressed with everything.

Great product! The only challenge was the delay in receiving tracking information.

My order arrived missing items. I contacted customer service, but the experience was very disappointing. The representative had poor spelling and grammar, which made communication difficult and did not inspire confidence.

Despite not shipping my complete order, they refused to issue any refund for the missing items or provide a reasonable resolution. I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Delivery is very slow…i am asked to review a product i haven’t even received yet. I guess i will get once summer has ended!

The scooter with the seat was nice but illegal in Canada. Recd bike in about a week but accessories came from China and took 2-3 weeks. Looked nice and ran well but I had to sell it. 😢 bought a cargo trike. 😁
