Improve customer service
Your equipment appears from early use excellent. However, I would suggest working in customer service. There was no confirmation of my order or follow up on the delivery schedule. I emailed you to ask if you had processed my order as well as for a delivery update and reckon response. The item was actually delivered a day prior to the originally scheduled date, which wasn’t a problem but I would have liked to have been advised. Thank you.

My initial queries about the bike and its many components were all answered quickly, honestly, and with a good understanding of the bike and its numerous components.
