We had a very good experience with Gymkit Uk.
We visited them to try out the recumbent cross trainer.
I’m a wheelchair user and needed to try it to make sure I could manage. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
The equipment was moved in to the workshop area so I could access it. And they were very helpful getting it into our vehicle and gave us all the time we needed. The equipment is perfect for me as well!
Would definitely recommend Gymkit Uk.

I was very impressed with Gymkit UK’s pricing; I saved a sizeable amount on my top of the range Teeter LX19 Inversion Table compared to other well known suppliers, including eBay. Delivery was speedy, and the goods arrived undamaged. Good company, with a huge variety of high quality health, fitness, and wellness supplies.

When I phoned up to place an order all I got was hello on one a stated what the company name was I had ask if it was gym kit then when I was put though to the right department I was told that the item I wanted to order was dis continued which was still being advertised on there web site I ended up with a more expensive, also had to email with regards to delivery date all i got back was it’s being picked up the next morning with a tracking number I was given no idea what time or day it would be delivered, I have this company very unprofessional.

Kerri and Team were absolutely fantastic in assisting us with a new home gym. From advice to communicating honestly the whole way through, the process was simple and we were left extremely happy customers. We will certainly be in touch for future needs.

I bought Nuo Flexbell dumbbells during lockdown and later ordered the extension kit. I am delighted with the product and believe it to be better than the others on the market . The dumbbells are simple to use and are not as bulky as some of the others I have seen. I was a little uncertain but would recommend these for anyone doing Resistance training at home with little space.

I am not absolutely sure what the lifespan of the product will be, but after two months of regular use I am delighted so far.

Like another review on here my first shipment was delayed by a month. There was an email sent informing me of this and Kerry and others got back to me quickly as I was contacting them in my impatience. I think this delay was understandable given the global circumstances. The second shipment with the extension kit arrived exactly as promised at the start of September. I would order from them again and am looking forward to much use of the dumbbells.

Terrible experience from start to finish.

We ordered 3 pieces of kit back in november/december 2019 (cross trainers & bikes).

The whole experience from start to finish has been a complete shambles.

Initially the products were delayed by 3-4 weeks due to missing parts.

Then we had to pay over two hundread pounds for delivery, in which we had to unload from the van ourselves and do all of the leg work when the kit arrived at the gym, because the delivery driver didn't have the right equipment or manpower to lift the kit off the van without our help.

We then find that the equipment was a very poor standard, missing screws, missing rubber feet, poor connection issues, plus sellotape had been used to keep two of the cross trainer handles together.

Further to this, the equipment they delivered to us was incorrect and wrong.

We ordered 2 separate orders for two separate locations, and they delivered the wrong kit to the wrong gym. In which we still haven't sorted out.

The equipment quality was supposed to be A+, i'm not sure how they grade the kit but it's not of a good standard and doesn't actually work properly.

The exercise bike has been used less than 20 x since we purchased it (due to closure for 4 months in lockdown) and the screen has already stopped working.

Also the cross trainer has stopped working, it powers on for 15 seconds then completely stops.

When we have contacted them and told them about the issues, we just get told it isn't their problem and it isn't under warantee.

DO NOT BUY GYM KIT FROM THIS COMPANY

Took my order and money, couldn’t deliver the first cross trainer due to parts shortages. Kindly offered an alternative which when delivered was filthy, and after half a dozen sessions l had another round of chemotherapy and couldn’t use the machine for several weeks. When I did start again l noticed some metal on the floor on closer inspection two washers that hold the bottom joint of the arm had just fallen apart. When l spoke to Gym kit they sent me a link for a service at a cost of £126.00. When l questioned this they just said your thirty day warranty is up so we can’t help you, l just thought after the delay in delivery etc they could have been more helpful but alas no.
I think they are there for the big boys not the little man but covid will sort that out.

Very quick in taking funds for your order with high shipping costs but no response when the order needed to be rectified due to their incorrect delivery of goods ordered.
I have been phoning frequently to speak to the person who emailed me but have still not been able to speak to anyone (other than receptionist) and have still not received the return call that I requested every time.
I'm still left with the wrong order, it's of no use to me, I'm out of pocket and I'm still waiting for the goods that I ordered over a month ago.
Above all, to me most importantly, they've not apologised for the inconvenience they have caused. I find this unacceptable!

Awful experience. I ordered Flexbell weights costing around £600 including delivery on 26th April. It was a pre-order for stock that would arrive on the 8th June (this was confirmed on the site before I ordered). I was happy to wait just over a month as it was lockdown and I assumed these were in high demand.

As I approached the 8th June, no email, no communication, no nothing! 8th of June came and went. I was chasing at this point via email. An email was sent confirming that the Flexbell order had not arrived and actually was now arriving on the 6th July not the 8th of June.

I was furious as i had not bought anything else and this had completely wasted my time. I sent an email back stating that they had made false advertising in terms of time frame, i would never have purchased if I knew I would be waiting until July. The person looking after the Flexbell orders, kindly clarified that it wasn't her personally that made the mistake (why she thought i was referring to her personally i do not know) and that nothing can be helped that was that. She kept telling me if you want to cancel, just cancel.

I had waited that long already and although the emails infuriated me I thought I would wait. Got to July 6th - no email, no communication, no flexbells. By this stage I had waited 3 months, was fed up of the non-communication and amount of time I had waited. I waited a further 7 days from the 6th of July and then sent an email to cancel my order.

I was met by a reply that effectively said, the refund had been cancelled, and by the way it would have arrived within a few days if you had not cancelled, we had a tracking number. It was an email intended, in my opinion, to really p*ss me off. Which it did. If the flexbells were going to be delivered in a few days where was the communication. I later realised I could not trust any time frames sent from this company anymore anyway. I believe the refund is being processed at the moment, but the funds have still not reached my account as at today.

I will never, ever, shop here again and have advised all my friends as such.

Ordered item & at time wasn't advised when it would be delivered.

When out of house the next day, the item arrived, but, as no one at home, card was left advising it would be delivered following day, or we could collect.

The item is great, but the delivery, whilst prompt, was disappointing. Had I been notified, I would have stayed home. It is also disappointing that the note left from delivery driver did not give delivery time, people cannot wait in for 12 hours, they must know their delivery schedule & provide a 2 or 4 hour delivery time.

A very good customer service: fast, précise and good advice.

I have been looking for and a quality indoor bike for my home gym. I contacted numerous retail and commercial suppliers for both new and used models. I was disappointed to say the least at their responses. Blaming COVID for high demand, low stock and high prices.
I saw that Gymkituk was highly rated on trustpilot I viewed their website they had a Precor Chrono spinning bike apparently in stock at the best price I had seen in the U.K.
I called the staff they couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and really pleasant. I was even offered next day delivery.
It all went to plan. Incredible quality piece of kit.

Felicissimo anche se ho speso di più perchè acquistata all'estero e il cambio in euro ti penalizza senza parlare delle commissioni bancarie. Però alla fine con la certificazione di dispositivo medico ti permette di avere una parte rimborsata con la dichiarazione dei reddito
