Harmeen was absolutely outstanding! My tenant’s boiler broke down and he responded quickly, arriving exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem straight away, explained everything clearly, and had the boiler back up and running in no time. What really stood out was how professional, polite, and considerate he was — both to me as the landlord and to my tenant who was left reassured and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and trustworthy in this trade. Long story short my boiler packed it in completely my fault... Harmeet called out to my house very quickly, spent time to go through tests attempting to repair my boiler and diagnose my issue... he took the time to explain things throughly to my wife and I... supplied the right boiler for my needs on my budget, no forcing/selling at all... considerate of my situation and seeing my wife and daughter in a cold home, he put us top of his list for monday morning (quicker than friends of mine who are also gas engineers and just as reasonable), arrived on time, fitted my new boiler, advised me exactly how everything worked, registered my boiler and tidied everything away after himself.. a top top professional, highly recommended from a fellow trades person.
