I have never had a back experience with Gwynnie Bee. I love most of the clothing that I get in my box. If I don't love an article of clothing, I return it and get another from my closet.

It's a great service. They offer a wide variety of styles for all different shapes.

I love my Gwynnie Bee! I have been with the company for 5 years and continue to be impressed by the quality and quantity of the clothing collection.

GwynnieBee is a fantastic way to experience new trendy fashion. I especially appreciate wearing something that is a one time flair and not have to keep it! Those special occasions with the perfect fashion for the event! It’s convenient and affordable. Sometimes a little slow on the shipments between returns. Also, many size options disappear fast on hot items. At least wish they made the rounds or maybe more product.

I love being able to choose what the company sends me, and I love getting to try them on, wear them, and return postage free. It's great when I get a complement and that is the true test of whether or not I buy the item. It's the closest thing to "disposable" clothes I can think of. Instead of buying on a whim, and letting the item grow old in my closet. It's become a box I look forward to, and I hardly ever wear the same item twice it seems (unless someone says "I like your outfit, where did you get it?" Gwynnie Bee, of course!

Mostly cheap looking clothes. They charge $70 for the box but if you want to buy an item none of that fee acts as a credit towards your purchase. Many of the pieces simply aren’t worth anywhere near the $140+ that you end up paying in total. They were a great service at one time but those days are definitely over.

I’d like more work clothes and often they skip a size that I need. Shipping out the next item is a bit slow. Prices to purchase can be a bit high for used clothing, but the sales are good. I love the concept though...and getting to try new styles that I would not usually try.

Life changing. Completely transformed my relationship to fashion and gave me clothes to feel amazing in, for all sizes. Excellent customer service. I've been a loyal customer since 2014. Thank you!

Clothing size and look options are amazing. I have been doing this for more then a year now. Only thing I feel should be added is if you leave for a month for vacation or whatever you can't pause for a montb.

I love Gwynnie Bee. I have been a member for five years. It has saved me money both on clothing purchases and dry cleaning. I get so many positive comments on my wardrobe. I am always dressed in the most up-to-date styles. Using this service allows me to have the closet of a Kardashian on the budget of a teacher. Customer service is also great if everything is not perfect. I highly recommend this service.

Love how reliable their process is. Shipping is easy and I can count on getting the items I pick quickly.
Too often items I want to closet are unavailable and it is not easy to find those items later to see if they may be available at a later time

I love that GB carries so many sizes!!! The best part is that I can wear and return or if I LOVE it, I can buy it and make it mine!!!! I love the honest reviews left by bloggers and wearers of different size range. My only complaint is that there's not enough casual wear. I'm a stay at home mom who hates to shop in stores and doesn't get enough opportunities to wear dresses...even though I love the casual dresses GB offers..

The clothes that come are great and I like the service. BUT I send items back on Monday and still have zero items by Friday. So, a full week I pay for with zero items at home. It's ridiculous, not the first time it has happened, and nothing happened as a result of my complaints to GB.

Gwynnie Bee was awesome when I was plus size, and as my size changed rapidly following weight loss surgery. However, now that I’m down to a size 12, the clothes all look dated and frumpy. To be honest, I’m looking at other clothing subscription services for more professional and stylish clothes.

Nice company, interesting ideal , most of the clothing is really nice stuff and usually fits as per the description of the item if you use the Size chart on the page .The price is maybe a wee bit high , but since it includes the mailing fee's and cleaning costs of the item , maybe not so bad .

Good quality & great service when they returned a lost credit card I had left in a pocket. Sometimes things come without their matching belts, but overall a good service.
However, I am concerned about a returned item that I just noticed is still marked as "out". There's no way to prove that I mailed it months ago... yet no one contacted me. So now I will have to call customer service and see what happens... It feels sneaky that they've waited and not contacted me.
