Highly recommended
I have been taking GutSupp (formerly Bimono) for several years now and would highly recommend.
One sachet per day, I have mine on my cereal, and it has certainly helped my irrable bowel symptoms.
3 months supply sent direct, no postage costs, but ability to delay subscription at any time.

Same great product under new management
I have been purchasing Bimuno [Gutsup] 1 a day powder for my wife in excess of seven years, having found the product whilst searching for anything that would help combat diverticulitis. As such, she has avoided any major problems with flare ups etc.in all that time. The new company switchover was seamless and they continue to provide the same reliable repeat order I have in place along with regular positive communication.

I have used this product for years
I have used this product for years and think it is wonderful. I first purchased it when it was known as bimuno. I have to say, I don't find the new name of gutsupp very appealing, but at least the quality is the same.

I have been using this product for over…
I have been using this product for over a decade and I think its great. So many of the hight street offers do not do what they say on the tin. My husband and brother and sister-in-law also now take it.

GutSupp/Bimuno - Brilliant product
I have been taking Bimuno, now called GutSupp, for about 5 years. It has made a tremendous improvement to my life; I had dreadful bloating and discomfort. I now feel more comfortable and more energetic. A daily must for me.

I wouldn't do without now.
I have been using GutSupp (from when it was originally called Bimuno) for a few years now. I started using it because I was having trouble sleeping and had heard that it helped in this issue. For me it had an immediate benefit. I sleep right through the night now. I can guess having good gut health must also have a beneficial effect on sleep! I did run out of the GutSupp (Bimuno) once, and within a few days my sleep became disrupted again. I now get it delivered every 3 months. I like the fact that you can delay delivery if you already have enough satches. The only thing I would change is the new name. I'm not really keen on the name GutSupp. However the product is still great, and I fully recommend it.

GutSupp has helped me manage my constipation
GutSupp has helped me manage constipation. I first came across it in my professional role as a dietitian 15 years ago and have been using it for a few years now. I have other medical conditions that make it difficult for me to go to the toilet but GutSupp makes it easier and less painful to pass stool. I highly recommend it if you are struggling with constipation and I recommend it to my patients in the NHS.

I have been using Gut Supp (formerly Bimuno) for over 10 years.
I have been using Gut Supp (formerly Bimuno), recommended by my nutritionist, for a number of years now. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Histamine intolerance. Gut Supp makes a lot of difference to me, I am regular passing motions.

I have been taking GutSupp for a few…
I have been taking GutSupp for a few years now (started when it was still called Bimuno). I did try to stop it a while back but within a week, I started to get abdominal issues so went back on it and those issues cleared up again. I can highly recommend it - well worth the monthly fee.

Sleep
I originally tried this to see if it could improve my sleep, While it hasn’t miraculously provided a normal sleep pattern, I consistently have an additional couple of hours a night- so I’m very happy and hopefully it’s improving my gut health as well. Being able to easily to manage the subscription if I need to put back a delivery or skip one is remarkably easy too.

Used it for +3 months and decreased beneficial bacterias
Used it for 3.5 months: I did not take much, like maybe 1/4 or 1/2 of the stick and not every day as I have some IBS issues. My gut analysis (Biomesight) is worse than before... My Bifido are still very low (even a bit less than before), My F Prau have been drastically reduced and my bacteroid exploded... Lots of "backed science" from the official labs/supplier who published the studies. Be cautious, it's definitely not for all (IBD/IBS). It really depends on your gut microbiome profil and if you're FODMAPs intolerant or not. It's quite the lottery even if you follow very good diet and go to gym often. Also to highlight, bacteroids are well equipped to eat this prebiotic as they do have different genes to do so (galactokinase, galactokinase, beta-galactosidase, arabinogalactan -, endo-1,4-beta-galactosidase, alpha-galactosidase)

Great product but the new packaging and new name are awful! Gut Supp? Really? Bimuno was a much better name. My wife and I also both agree the old packaging was much nicer.

Have been a subscriber for a good while…
Have been a subscriber for a good while now having previously used Bimuno as and when. Transfer to GutSupp was smooth and straightforward and hasn’t interrupted my supply. Not been any issue with the quality either. GutSupp works well for me and I love that it’s so easy to take with any drink.
