Uzun araştırmalarımız sonrasında, 1 yıl önce Güray Hoca’nın kliniğine gittik. İşine olan hakimiyeti, profesyonelliği, dürüstçe süreci aktarması bana güven verdi ve o zaman ameliyat olmaya karar verdim. Ameliyata kadar olan süreçte Güray Hanım’ın asistanı Nur Hanım ile devamlı iletişimdeydim. Tüm sorularıma içtenlikle yanıt verdi. Ameliyat öncesi ve sonrasında zamanında, eksiksiz ve doğru yönlendirme yaptı. Ameliyatım Vanity estetik merkezindeydi. Vanity estetik merkezi bina olarak eski olmasına rağmen içindeki ekip sıcakkanlı, ilgili ve yardımseverdi (Gece ekibi daha güleryüzlü olabilirdi😇) Ameliyat öncesinde Güray Hoca ile görüştük. Şikayetlerimi dile getirerek burun şeklimin yüzüme uygun doğal bir burun olması dışında bir talebim olmadı. Tamamen kendisine güvenerek teslim ettim burnumu. Anestezi doktorunun enerjisi çok güzeldi. Güzel uyudum ve uyandım. Hiç ağrım olmadı. Önerilen tedaviyi harfiyen uyguladım. Morluk ve ödem minimum seviyedeydi. Ameliyat sonrası bir hafta tamponlardan dolayı nefes alamadığım için zor geçti. Tamponların çıktığı gün tamamen nefes almaya başladım. Tamponlar çıkarken hiç acımadı. Burnumun şekli tahmin ettiğimden daha güzeldi🥰 Güray Hoca’ya, asistanı Nur Hanım’a ve Vanity estetik çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim🙏🏻❤️

I flew to Istanbul from the UK and had my operation (rhinoplasty) at Vanity clinic on 5/10/22.

I arrived on 4/10/22 and their driver picked me up outside the airport at a meeting point we agreed on and took me to the hospital to get covid and blood test done. once that was complete, he drove us to this lovely, luxurious and clean hotel called Mercure which was very close to the hospital.

I had my surgery the next morning where I met Dr Guray, showed him my vision and what I wanted he told me it’s realistic and is a very confident and professional doctor. The nurse came and injected me with some medication and put me under general anaesthesia and the rest is a blur until I woke up 2hr and 30mins later. the staff at the hospital consistently checked up on me to see if I’m ok and were all very friendly and professional.

There was never a moment where I felt alone during the entire process. Everyone is so friendly and the service is fantastic. the hospital was very hygienic and comfortable as well as the hotel (I paid for the package). A huge thank you to Enes and Nur for their dedication to work and supporting me throughout my operation, always at hand to answer any questions. the staff at the hospital were also extremely nice and on the day of my surgery Selver assisted me in walking and every 15-20mins a member of staff was checking up on me asking if I need anything. one of them was using Google translate to communicate lol. the service I received was excellent it really could not be any better thank you!

Dr Guray is very confident, professional and he knows what he’s doing. it’s been 2 weeks since my surgery and I love love love my new nose! this doctor is an artist! he is the best at what he does, I went with Guray because I love his work and I was not disappointed because he gave me exactly what I wanted and I’m soo thankful for him. easily one of the top surgeons in Turkey if you want to get a rhinoplasty, I would definitely recommend Dr Guray and his fantastic team at Vanity to anyone considering an operation.

A huge thank you to everyone at Vanity, especially Nur and Enes for making this possible, for being available 24/7 to answer my questions and make me feel at ease, as you know it’s not very easy to get an operation done in a different country, but it didn’t feel like that when I got there. I felt like part of the team it was great. A MASSIVE thank you to Dr Guray for his amazing work and making my dream come true! I’m so happy I trusted my intuition and went with him, I’m 2 weeks in and I already love my new nose.

Vor drei Jahren habe ich bei Dr. Güray Yesiladali meine Nasen machen lassen. Ein Vorgespräch hat leider nicht stattfinden können, da ich aus dem Ausland zu ihm gereist bin. Am OP-Tag habe ich ihn gebeten, dass er mir auf sein Notebook eine Animation meiner Nase zeigen soll, das hat er widerstrebend gemacht. Wir haben soweit alles besprochen und die OP lief ohne Komplikationen. Mit dem Ergebnis war ich 80 % zufrieden, allerdings hat sich meine Nase nach 3-6 Monaten stark gesenkt, also mehr als er geplant hatte. Sodass ich am Ende keine schöne Nase mehr hatte, allerdings habe ich mir gedacht, dass ich mich daran gewöhnen könnte, aber auch nach 3 Jahre konnte ich mich nicht daran gewöhnen. Ich habe ihn kontaktiert und er war bereit meine Nase zu korrigieren. Er hat mich bei der Ankunft nicht so freundlich empfangen, wie beim ersten Mal, er war kurz angebunden und hat mir nicht wirklich zu gehört. Er hat mir alles soweit erklärt, dieses Mal ohne Animation auf dem Notebook, weil er sich keine Zeit genommen hat. Leider ist auch dieses Mal das Ergebnis nicht zufriedenstellend, weil er mich schnell abgefertigt hat. Auch nach der OP, als ich ihm gesagt habe, dass ich nicht zufrieden war, hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass es ihm interessiert hat. Nach der OP sehe leider keine Verbesserung meiner Nase. Er arbeitet wie auf dem Fließband und geht nicht auf seine Patientinnen ein. Ich kann ihm leider niemanden mehr empfehlen. Ich bin unendlich traurig, mir geht es überhaupt nicht gut.

Ich hatte vor 8 Tagen meine Nasen Op bei Dr. Guray Yesiladali. Ich habe über zwei Jahre nach einem guten Arzt gesucht. Ich war von seiner Arbeit begeistert und habe mich letztendlich für ihn entschieden. Ich bin auch bis heute mit meiner Entscheidung glücklich. Zu Anfang hatte ich sehr Angst vor der Op und hatte viele Fragen im Kopf. Er hat mir die Angst genommen und mir wurden auch von der lieben Assistentin und der Koordinatorin viele fragen beantwortet. Die waren sehr nett und haben sich viel um einen gekümmert. Auch mit der Arbeit von dr. Yesiladali bin ich zufrieden. Er geht auf alle wünsche ein. Ich hatte auch kaum blauen Flecken. Ich habe mich für eine Nasenkorrektur bei Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı entschieden, da eine Freundin von mir ihre Nase bei ihm machen lassen hat und sehr begeistert war. Ich kann mich dieser Begeisterung nun nach meiner Op nur anschliessen.
Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı ist ein sehr netter Arzt. Er hat mir direkt meine Angst vor der Op genommen und mir ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Nach der Op hatte ich fast keine blauen Flecken und Schmerzen. Am zweiten Tag konnte ich bereits Istanbul erkunden.
Alles war sehr gut organisiert (Transfer, Hotel, Op, Nachkontrolle). Nur, die Assistentin von Dr. Güray, hat mich am Tag der Op begleitet und war auch nach der Op immer erreichbar und bei fragen behilflich. Sie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Ich bin sehr froh habe ich mich für Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı entschieden und bedanke mich herzlich bei ihm und dem ganzen Vanity Team!❤️

My Rhinoplasty experience from the UK (Male)

I did alot of research online before I went ahead as we all do. I decided to go with Dr Guray as he did have good reviews and has good experience from what I couod see. The staff were quiet good with communication from the start aswell. I had a consultation online where I could ask questions and felt the Dr's English was very good and that is important when travelling abroad and when trying to communicate what it is you would like doing and your ideas.

I paid for the package with the transfers and hotel included, you can probably get cheaper doing yourself but I couldn't be bothered to all that like I normally do as it was stressful enough without doing all of that.

On arrival to the airport I was picked up after a little problem locating the driver, maybe 15 minutes.
The pick up was in a Mercedes van which was ok but air con could be better and the offer of a bottle of water would just make the experience a little better I think, just the little extra touches would go a long way I think. The driver didn't speak great English but communication was pleasant and no problems.

I was taken for blood tests and a covid test then to the hotel which was close by to the hospital, all ok clean and pretty safe area to be.
I got picked up in the morning and taken to the hospital to pay and to get more bloods done and prepared for the op. Some waiting around but to be expected no problems there. The doctor came to see me before and I showed some pictures of my ideas and what I like but you can't get the exact nose you have to trust in the Dr as he knows what's possible and what's not. The hospital staff were good and the most painful thing was the catheter needle in the hand. After the surgery the Dr came to see me and said it went well. It's not painful afterwards I would say just uncomfortable like stuffy and swollen. The first week is probably the worst but once you get the splints our of the nose it's easier to breath through the nose. Hotel food was nice and breakfast was good. Plenty of water and rest I would say but slow walking did help me with swelling to get the blood circulating.

Communication in this week of recovery was with Nur who is your go to if you have problems and knows about your medication and stuff. You are left to your own devices I would say unless you have any problems then just have to get through on your own unless you have someone to stay with you in the hotel. It's not to bag tho I would say.

I went to get the cast off and spoke with the Dr who was happy with the result. Hard to say what you think because you don't get much time to look and it doesn't really feel like your nose it's like someone's stuck a false nose on lol. But its then taped and it did look nice I have to say. Bleeding was about 2 maybe 3 days but nothing to bad, it does stop.

Off to the airport and back home, overall my first ever operation and out of the country it wasn't to bad and I was happy with the experience but I have given 4 stars because they can always do better and improve things, like the little things would just make it that bit more of a better experience I think.

It's been 2 months and the swelling has reduced alot but my tip is still hard and swollen but alot better than after month 1. I can't really judge the final result for 1 year so hard to say but so far I'm happy and it does seem to change alot over time, so like most people say just give it time, at one point I didn't like it. The swelling is worse in the morning and the salt spray is good to keep your nose moist and I think it helps my swelling. I didn't tape after the 7 days I had it on just slept elevated.

Dr. Güray is a very kind, genuine person and would say he cares about his patients. I felt like he was actually listening which made me feel comfortable.

Overall I would recommend if you are thinking of using Dr Guray.

I searched a lot in my country, and in Turkey, for a doctor who would understand my wishes and in whose hands I left myself for the second rhinoplasty. I found Dr. Guray, and I am more than happy for the choice I made. everything was more than perfect, and my nose looks better than I imagined. Ich hatte vor zwei Monaten meine Nasen OP bei Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich kann sehr gut und bequem atmen und das Aussehen meiner Nase ist unglaublich, genau so wie ich es wollte. Ich hatte keine Schmerzen oder blaue Flecken. Dr Güray und seine Assistenten kümmern sich um alles. Auch nachts, wenn ich eine Frage hatte, wurde mir sofort geantwortet und wir sind immer noch in Kontakt.
Ich kann Dr Güray jedem empfehlen, es muss kein anderer Arzt recherchiert werden.
