Customer service is great, communicate when I asked for updates. Prices were reasonable. Just wish they gave update orders a little more frequently when you order something off backorder.

You can really tell the type of company…
You can really tell the type of company from their response if something goes wrong.
I bought a LED kit for the 1/100 Aerial Full Mechanics unfortunately the head LED flexi board and a faulty component, after a email to them the issue was solved with minimal fuss and a replacement part sent out.
Top quality customer service, would recommend if they have what you want at the price you want.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. My items were on backorder: when I emailed them to verify what was happening, they responded with a pretty good indication of when to expect them. They arrived well packaged with bubble wrap and edge protection, and the items were all exactly as advertised.

Top product!
I had a great experience with this Gundam order. I placed my order on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to receive it already today. The shipping was extremely fast and the packaging was secure.
I haven’t built the Gundam yet, but I’m already very excited to start the assembly. Everything looks great so far. The customer support was also very responsive and helpful, which made the whole process even smoother.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the first impression of the product and would definitely order here again. Highly recommended!
