I think this company is excellent
I think this company is excellent. I ordered a gilet and unfortunately the wrong colour arrived. I sent an email that evening, I had a response the following morning with an apology and free posting label for rts. They posted the correct colour out immediately, As I needed the garment for the wkd, the kind lady who dealt with me sent the gilet first class. This company excelled in customer service. I will not hesitate to order from them again. Very impressed.

Fantastic Customer Service
I had ordered an incorrect size and when I contacted Gunner & Hound they were very helpful and immediately processed the exchange I requested. Delivery of the replacement gilet was very fast.

Highly recommend
Lovely gilet with the tweed sides that I found to be so flattering, the cut of the gilet with the longer back and the elastic draw waist is just perfect and something I was looking for as a cuvier size 10 I find it hard to find flattering gilets that look nice on and off the horse.
The packaging was lovely with it coming in a cardboard box and no overuse of plastic bags, I placed my order on Saturday and received the gilet by Tuesday morning.
