1ere et dernière expérience
Pour un premier achat je suis très déçu par guitare fabric qui ne m'a pas envoyé le bon article de ma commande (que je n' ai toujours pas reçu à ce jour) . En plus à chaque mails envoyés ce n'est jamais la même personne qui me répond, cela n'avance pas et on me laisse sans nouvelles pourtant j' ai renvoyé le mauvais produit dés que j' ai reçu le bon de retour et je suis bloqué pour finaliser mon projet. Donc je ne souhaite plus faire appel à guitare fabric à l' avenir et préfère aller dans une autre entreprise plus disponible pour les clients et aussi plus sérieuse. Cordialement.

Pour le mauvais produit reçu, il s'agit d'un malentendu dans la description du produit. Nous avons fait le nécessaire pour retourner le produit et vous rembourser intégralement.

All perfetc. Order was simple, shipping arrived in time, tools are well made: straight, without smudges and very usefull. I did not find any problem as described in the feedbacks related to similar tools from other well-known shops. I did the right thing buying from The Guitar Fabric.

Don't expect too much…
Delivery was fast and the set was good packaged. I didn't expect the body and neck to be very good but tbh I expected it to be way better as it actually is. The two most fundamental flaws are that the angle where the neck meets the body is way to high and the holes for the humbucker are not good aligned.
So if you enjoy working on a guitar I would say go for it but don't expect too much. If you want a good instrument just find one in a store.

We contacted you immediately after seeing your review, but unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to our suggestions on modifying a few details in the neck to resolve the issue. As a result, we are unsure of the current status of your build. We hope you found a way to address the problem, as there is a slight modification that can improve the mentioned issue.
For those who enjoy customizing and working on a guitar, our guitar kits can be a fun project. So, if there's anything else we can do to assist you with the build, please do not hesitate to let us know.

It said included instructions but did not. Emailed and asked for a set. No answer. No shipping notification. One dangling wire on the pots/pickup assembly with no idea where it goes. Actual wood parts look pretty good.

Unfortunately, as a newcomer to the guitar world, I didn't know what jr meant when I placed my first order. I dismissed it as a possible designation of the shape of the guitar. Please correct the information so that it says Junior and not JR. I did not take offense at this and placed another order. In the hope that the order 4000000220 is not a Junior guitar. After reviewing your orders, we noticed that you ordered a kit styled after a Junior guitar. However, it seems there may have been some confusion, as this is not a kit designed for a junior guitarist. All our guitar kits are intended for adult guitarists. In fact, the guitar you bought is quite heavy (the body alone weighs 2kg - in 1 piece solid wood), so it is not recommended for a junior as you might have assumed.
Your second guitar kit is a standard-sized, left-handed model.
