For them to charge a rent increase but at almost TRIPLE the price when I first rented. Not even a month later the price increased to almost triple the amount. I have no one to move my stuff and get sick to my stomach every month I have to pay this up surd and very greedy amount. Sometimes I barely can come up with $300.00 dollars for a one room storage unit. YES I have all the invoices and emails. YES $300.00!!!!!!!!! Such an increase I am so upset at myself for this. I should of down my research. But I was in a DV situation and only had that time to escape. So just do research there is nice places for way less. Don't get stuck with them. They will increase almost a triple the normal amount. I might just say eff it and leave the stuff. This was unfair and Extremely DECEITFUL.

I had a wonderful experience with a representative named Kari. She was very helpful and had such kind major and respect. 5 star!

The place seemed amazing. Needed a storage unit for a few months as I was needing to do some traveling. I got back into the USA to realize I forgot to set up auto-pay. I don't mind a late fee but $50 for being a week late seems absolutely crazy and just greedy. Find a better storage place, they are out there.

Extremely rude and said I didn’t make a payment when I did! They kept all my stuff and not to mention 4 times I couldn’t even get my belongings and wasted gas . Don’t waste your money

Total rip off. The size of the locker was misrepresented on their website. Once we arrived and realized this, they tried to upsell to a larger unit that was twice the amount. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Very poor experience with Guardian Storage. They do not pick up the phone. They do not have voicemail so you can leave a message. I emailed them and asked for a return phone call and I received a nasty email from the manager. I was contacting them because they raised the rent by almost 17% without any notice. Not good.

We bought a Gold Wing trike in Kentucky. We needed to store it after riding for six weeks. We chose Hampton, PA to store our new toy. We recently drove down from Alaska and picked it up. Tim Webb was the person who helped us set up the unit and helped us again when we picked up the motorcycle. He was friendly, courteous and helpful both times we dealt with him Tim is an outstanding person and they are blessed to have him. We highly recommend this storage company. It was wonderful to know the Gold Wing was safe and secure.

Found Guardian Storage through an online source. They were offering a special, so I came down to check it out. Denise, the manager was very accommodating! The facility is great, and it has amazing security. You can even get a free moving truck with your rent. Definitely a 5 star company for me.

Guardian Storage in Monroeville, PA is a great storage solution for those in need of great storage facilities. Great customer service, clean units, clean hallways, etc. I'd recommend this to anyone in need of storage and if the scale was 15 stars I'd give them 15 of 15 stars!

We are very happy with our choice in a storage facility. We received a wonderful introduction to our unit and general facilities by Suzanne. She was very friendly, approachable, and thorough in the explanation of charges and services. I would feel comfortable calling her at any point if I had questions or if our storage needs expanded. I highly recommend this place for the the customer service, which is unlike any I have received elsewhere, as well as for the units themselves. Our appeared brand new and had a climate-controlled environment.

The person had had the opportunity to deal with was very courteous and took the time to show me the route to my locker and took me all around in person. She wasn't feeling well but did not act like and made me feel very well.

When things are all thought out and streamlined, you can tell the difference. I walked up and shared that I found them online and had a quote drafted. They were able to pull everything up that I provided before walking in. My bill was itemized and explained to me before my first payment (small prorated section and then the standard month's fees). I was coached on how I get access to my unit and invited to add on any supplies (gotta have a lock) before getting started.

Great attitudes and no confusion at any point.
