I have just had a new lamplight fitted in the roof. The old one was leaking and rotten. Dylan from NECS came out to survey the job and was very professional.
The job was done in the time frame even though they had to put extra scaffolding up. They even tidied up after the job. Love the new roof light excellent job. Would recommend them.

The whole team from initial consultation to completion of the work were great. Two replacement Velux roof windows installed in just a few hours. The lads were friendly, cheerful, professional, efficient, neat workers who left the place clean and tidy. They kindly returned yesterday to replace a large ridge tile on my garage roof after recent storm damage - job done in around 10 minutes ! I would recommend this company to anyone. They offer fair pricing for their excellent quality of work and product and are a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish, NECS handled the installation of our Velux windows with absolute professionalism. We were given all the options explained to us clearly and, once a price had been agreed, the date for the installation was set for around 3 weeks later. On the 2 days of installation, the roofers/installers turned up on time, did the work efficiently, tidied and cleaned up and were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We were even visited by 2 more senior managers who came to check that the quality of the work was up to scratch. With NECS, you also get the peace of mind that they are trained and officially authorised Velux window installers so, if there happened to be unexpected issues in the years to come, the official Velux warranty could be used to resolve any problems. Overall, as customers, we were very happy with the work and how well we were treated.

Very good experience from start to finish. Communication was great, plenty of options and advice given from Dylan. Very happy with the velux window fitted in our en suite. The fitters Connor and Kristian did a brilliant job keeping mess to a minimum especially as this was carried out in a new ensuite to replace original damaged window. They also put floor/carpet protector down from the front door all the way up to the en suite on third floor of town house. All rubbish taken away. Would definitely recommend.

Dylan and the team replaced our very old cast iron roof window in November this year. From the original appraisal through to completion communication has been excellent. The fitters completed the job in one day from putting up scaffolding on our awkward stairway to replacing the window and rebuilding the inset - a really difficult messy job on one of the coldest days of the year. They cleaned up and a day later the plasterer arrived and also did a really excellent job of finishing the inset ready for painting. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - professional and friendly service from start to finish.

We had our Velux Windows replaced. Dylan and the team did a brilliant job. The work was carried out in a very efficient manner and they went above and beyond in ensuring there was no mess.

We bought replacement Veluxes from NECS. They were fitted well and within some specific requirements for the building. One Velux had an issue (at manufacture, not from fitting) and NECS arranged with the company to send out a repair engineer at our convenience - and post-purchase care is very important with expensive purchases like windows. We would use this company again.

Fitting a blind to an upstairs Velox window.

Your team arrived on time, and I asked them how long the job would take, and was given the answer "20 minutes". I thought they were joking, but was amazed when 20 minutes later they came down and invited me to look at the blind they had fitted. It looked good, and it was useful to have your main man then go through with us how to open and shut the blind. And then the team disappeared. So, all in all a highly efficient operation, carried out without any mess or disturbance, and we are completely satisfied with the finished product.

We had our conservatory roof replaced with a warm roof, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The roof, plastering, electrics were all done to an excellent standard and it looks amazing. They were all very tidy and careful, hard workers and very nice people too. I would highly recommend them.

NECS have just completed a complex flat roof repair, replacement of two 30year old failed Velux windows and servicing of other veluxes in the property. ( 1930s linked semi).
There were understandable delays during the project due to the wet weather, but Dylan and the team committed themselves to the project, kept us well informed, were polite, hardworking punctual and v tidy throughout.
