GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.
The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.
For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.
This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem.
Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.
As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.
These are our homes that you are wrecking.

Pathetic over 2 weeks to get property shown online and still no for sale board

Most branches of GTH Offer good service however the exception is Yeovil Unhelpful and non accommodating in my desire to view as a cash buyer. I found them arrogant and would only rate them 1 star however to put into context their Burnham Branch the complete opposite and good to deal with as were Chard so they can offer good service I suspect it is the management at Yeovil that is at fault

I was only expecting the minimum level of service as a buyer but was woefully optimistic there. "Spoke to the vendor" meant an email had been sent every couple of weeks asking vaguely for an update. Details of sale had not been verified with land registry, could have just asked vendor for a copy. So it took 7 months, a lot of personal effort and £4k of costs on my part before owners announced the property wasn't actually for sale. GTH explanation was that estate agent details should in no way be considered as fact.

Initially Tom from their Burnham On Sea Branch when taking our home on with them was kind, friendly and professional. We agreed to go ahead with them and sincerely believed in our heart of hearts had explained our circumstances. Let's leave it that there was a definitive breakdown in communication at that BUT without going into explicit, specific detail do feel they let us down. We therefore could only appraise this company as "one star". Caution would be advised when considering potential dealings with GTH Burnham On Sea Branch

GTH - Can highly recommend their services. Found them to be nothing but professional, polite and well mannered and they provided good honest answers when needed. Everyone commented on how good their Marketing is plus the photography is to a very high standard so all in all, we were very happy with the service they provided - in particular, Ollie and Mitchell who we dealt with most -many thanks Guy's.

Discrimination against disabled clients. Not entitled to cheapest accomodation on the market because I don't earn over 21k. Fobbed off to the council who won't help either.

Absolutely first rate service - highly recommended! GTH recently handled both sides of our house move - sale and purchase. The whole team in the Taunton office provided an extremely reliable and professional service. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout. They marketed our former home very quickly and professionally and secured us an offer that exceeded our expectations. The support and communication we received when it came to negotiations on the purchase of our new house were invaluable, and a difficult chain was managed with patience and aplomb. Most importantly, we were never left to feel as though we had been forgotten about, or were ‘just another client’. If only more agents offered this kind of service. Thank you GTH!

Awful company with lies all over their website

They state that they are helpful and are the ‘top’ letting and sales agents in the EX16 area, yet their staff can’t be bothered to contact potential customers several times before ultimately moving on with accommodating someone in a property and STILL not informing those who were interested

Pass the buck quicker than Americans

Avoid at all costs. Especially letting team.
