Easy ordering and prompt delivery
Easy ordering and prompt delivery, however the quality of the product is over rated and over priced.
The mitt keep catching the edges of the car's label and some time pull them!. The micro... clothes doesn't really wipe the windows well and keep smudging the window, so annoying and can't easily remove it. I don't think they are lint free at all. Can do better job with an old soft t-shirt!

We are sorry to hear that the mitt and microfibre cloths did not meet your expectations. Regarding the mitt catching on the edges of car labels, we understand how this could be frustrating. Our wash mitts are designed with premium materials to ensure safe, efficient cleaning without causing damage. However, certain sharp or raised edges on labels can sometimes pose challenges. We recommend using a gentler, lighter motion over these areas to avoid snagging.
As for the microfiber cloths, we aim to provide high-performance, lint-free materials that ensure streak-free window cleaning. For the best results, we suggest pairing the cloths with a dedicated glass cleaner and using a separate, dry microfiber for buffing. This method typically prevents smudges and enhances clarity. That said, we’ll pass your concerns to our quality control team to investigate and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
We genuinely strive to provide products that outperform traditional alternatives, and while we understand your concerns about value, our focus remains on delivering superior performance and durability. Nevertheless, we appreciate your honest feedback and will use it to improve further.
Great company and fabulous products.

Best fabric protector in the market!
I just finished trimming a vinyl pad seat set for my kit car and wanted to protect the material (the material being 100% wool tartan! The tartan was glued down using contact adhesive.
After painful trial and error with other branded products (these literally dissolved the glue each time, causing the fabric to come away 😩), Smart Fabric did the trick! I used a combination of spray then brush in. SF initially darkens the fabric but that disappears once dry! Extremely happy with the product and it's water repellency! 👍

Great products and Service
I have recently had my 5 th car ceramic coated by Wow Factors who are an accredited agent. Marvin has always done a great job and I have had no issues with the product or subsequent cleaning of the vehicles . As long as the car is properly machined and corrected before application the surface has always outlasted my ownership. I have the Crystal Serum plus applied and would not use anyone else nor any other product. They also make great cleaning kits and drying towels. Great products IMHO.

A better than new finish
Car given a better than new finish which is revived after every wash. A truly worthwhile investment which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others considering a high quality ceramic coating.
