It started well enough. Deposit was loaned out pretty quick.

After a month it was repaid. Checking every day but 12 days and counting now and still waiting for it to be loaned out again. In the small print it does say that it can take 2 weeks to be loaned out. Could it be more?

So 4 weeks on loan and at least 2 weeks off doesn't mean that you will be getting 6% return. Those headline rates are dropping rapidly also.

Presumably there is a much greater supply of funds than there are borrowers.

Not quite as appealing as it first looked.

I have investments with Ratesetter & Lending Works and i am new to Growth Street . Having road-tested the site i will be making some large investments with them later in the year.They will be my preferred option in the future ,i am well impressed .What a fabulous system.

I have been in Growth Street for three months only but so far so good.

an easy to understand website, explained the principal of the investment very well and made the process easy to follow. Now my investment is up and running I find it very easy to follow what is happening and the communication is excellent

I have not been with Growth Street long enough to give an opinion regarding performance; time will tell!

Very easy to invest and a personal service offered.

We have used Growth Street since December 2016 and we have nothing but positive feedback to give, we have been expanding the business and needed support in order to achieve this.

The setting up process was very speedy and efficient even though it was the week before Xmas.

In particular Adeeb Al-Islam, our Account Manager, has been amazing, always answers the phone or emails within minutes and has always managed to facilitate our needs both urgent and non-urgent on the same day. In addition, he is always upbeat, positive, shows empathy as a true professional should.

We also looked at other options for this facility but Growth Street were by far the best for rates and service.

We would recommend any business with any requirement small or large to use Growth Street.

Great concept and very easy to use. Returns for lenders are falling as popularity grows, current rates of 6+% are acceptable but unless Growth Street balance lender/borrower demand by increasing the number of borrowers then rates will continue to fall. (Perhaps GS are happy to let rates fall hoping that lenders move their money elsewhere which will also balance supply and demand)

Great platform. The protection (security on assets AND bad debt provision fund) is great. Hard to see much better risk/reward investments out there. However there has been a recent rate drop and my loan hasn't been matched quickly (waiting over a week now).

Very good interest rate considering loans are for only 30 days.Dealing with Growth Street so far has been fine.

So far so good. Easy to invest, good returns and no hassle. But this is only my second month....
