Only been with them 3 weeks and this is the second time asking for a review. On that basis any opinion is invalid since its too short a time period. Maybe after 3 or 6 months I can give a valid review

The outbound emails are managed by Trustpilot, and unfortunately their default setting was to send a second reminder after one week. So far, so good
Only been with Growth Street for about 1 month, but they were very quick to put my money to work. Web site is not exactly exciting (but not a major consideration) and seems like everything I need is there. End of financial year info will be, for me, of great interest. As always, read up as much as possible before committing cash, but so far I feel confident GS will deliver.

Simple to use P2P platform offering an attractive return on investment (as of Feb-17). Haven't had any issues and the customer service was extremely efficient when setting up the account.

sign up process more difficult than expected, but otherwise satisfied so far
Signing up seemed longer and more convoluted than other peer to peer lending sites I have used (although the extra thoroughness may be of benefit to those less experienced with the model). Otherwise, I have had a satisfactory experience so far.

Simple
Only a few days in, but very easy set up, and I can see I'm already earning interest! With reinvestment already set up, that's going to be a great way to make my savings work harder than in a bank saving account, without any hassle. Great so far

Excellent service
Am a new investor to peer to peer. Chose Growth Street after checking it out, speaking to Freddie who was very helpful and not in the least bit pushy,and preferred the concept that each contract lasts only 30 days. All funds lent out on first day, and opted to reinvest interest and repaid capital automatically, again reinvested on the same day. Very happy new investor so far

No complaints so far, although the proof is in the pudding in terms of ROI which is yet to be seen. Looks like a good hands-off option though
