Their team pays attention to detail, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about both landlords and tenants. I was particularly impressed with their knowledge of the London property market and the way they handle everything efficiently. I occupy a property the team manages. They maintain it very well, are very quick to act on any issues and are very responsive. I believe it’s not just about “managing” the property for them but they also try to ensure that your tenant experience as a resident is a good one. Very organised, accessible / approachable and professional with what they do. Call out to both Absi & Ryan who have been very approachable, solution oriented and supportive throughout my interactions over the past 2 years with them.
