I would strongly recommend caution before doing business with this company.

I was quoted $449 to ship my vehicle and was required to pay a $200 deposit upfront. However, after the deposit was collected, the company used a standard vehicle-shipping marketplace to locate a carrier and then presented me with an additional charge of approximately $1,100 above the prevailing market rate.

When I declined the revised price, I was informed that I was contractually obligated to proceed. After refusing, I was told I could simply cancel the agreement. Unfortunately, the cancellation resulted in a $200 cancellation fee, meaning I lost my entire deposit and was left back at square one without transportation arranged.

In my opinion, the initial pricing appears designed to attract customers with a low quote, only to increase the cost significantly after the deposit has been paid. The invoice listed the charge as a "Premium Vehicle Shipping Deposit" of $200, which reasonably led me to believe it was a down payment toward the quoted shipping cost. The original quote was approximately $650, but the final amount presented was $2,250.

Consumers should carefully review all terms and conditions before providing a deposit. Based on my experience, services such as uShip may provide greater pricing transparency, as they appear to utilize similar carrier networks without substantial broker markups.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.

This company scammed me out money. They take the broker fee up front. Then don’t tell the driver. And when the driver gets to you. You have to pay the broker fee again plus the shipping fee. They have your vehicle so you are put in a position where you have to pay them what they want or they keep your car. Then they call you back and tell you what the fee was for after you paid it allready. And before you get off the phone with them you get a final price but when the car gets to you the final price is $275 dollars more than. They refuse to give you your money back after you paid all fees. I’m not gonna let this slide. This is not how you do business. Do not use this company they are going to tell you one price and when it’s to receive your car it’s going to be wayyyy more money then agreed upon.. ⭐ Avoid at all costs – Complete scam operation.
I was looking to ship my vehicles and Groupon Freight quoted me a very reasonable $1,300. They quickly secured a $200 deposit from me. Once they had my money, they suddenly jacked the price up to $4,000 (more than triple the original quote).
When I canceled the service and asked for my deposit back, they refused. I also specifically asked them to remove my vehicles from their dashboard so other legitimate transporters could work with me. They lied and said it was removed, but the listing is still up at the inflated price. This has prevented other companies from being able to move my cars.
They lure people in with lowball prices, take your deposit, then hold your vehicles hostage on their board. I’m now out $200 with no vehicle transport and no refund.
Do not use this company. Save yourself the headache and potential loss. There are plenty of honest transporters out there — Groupon Freight is not one of them.

Was good in communication and service will use again

Impersonated an attorney to threaten me. Called over 40 times after I cancelled in writing. Took my deposit and then harassed me endlessly and obcessively because I didnt think the price that was triple what was quoted was very good - and so I cancelled because I suspected I was being scammed. Said the attorney's name was Jeff Martin would not provide an attorney registration number when asked. I am placing complaints with every governing agency I can.

Very bad experience with this broker. Multiple carrier complaints about non-payment, fake or invalid contracts, false negative reviews, and misleading rates.

Our driver was once sent almost 300 miles for a pickup, only to find out the vehicle had already been moved and the broker did not even have a valid contract with the customer.

They also leave false negative reviews against carriers after declined offers. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe company to work with for both carriers and customers. Be careful.

Worked with John Miller. He gave a competitive quote and kept following up and answering all questions. Once the deposit was recieved, it was crickets. I traveled to where the car was to meet up with the driver and was never contacted. Reached out to John and suddenly the driver couldn't make it but possi ly within within next 3 days. Then on the 3rd day I called to confirm pickup and was given a price 4x the original amount. When I called out the bait n switch, I was told he mixed up the orders but never confirmed the amount and never had the truck picked up. Stay far away from this company!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They take your money and stop answering your calls. All of their telephone numbers online are to personal phone number not to a business. They blocked me and my husbands number on the day of pick up. WORST MISTAKE EVER.

Serah Wilson was very nice and helpful. She gave me a price, I paid a deposit with the balance due with the driver at delivery. The day the driver was scheduled for pickup, some Simon called me with a lot of rude fast talking trying to go up on the price by a large amount saying the price was only an estimate. I was about to cancel the pickup. I talked back to Serah and agreed to pay an extra hundred dollars.
My motorcycle was delivered by a nice guy with a very nice truck and trailer in two days. I was very pleased with him.
