The site offers an excellent selection of cards and gift cards, and the customer service is outstanding. I experienced an issue when I was unable to obtain the gift card I wanted, but the team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently.

A huge thank you to Peter and the rest of the team for their exceptional support. Their dedication to helping customers really stands out. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really fun designs and great to be able to add personal pictures and gifs. Made for a much more memorable and personal card.
Super easy to use too!

The recipient didn't realise that there was a gift card (with money on it) as well as a greetings card. I feel this is a major flaw. I wonder what happens to any gift cards that are not claimed?

It’s the first time I’ve used it, it was pretty straight forward, I would have liked the option to format everyone’s messages the same

Amazing experience using group cards for the first time. Everyone I sent the link to was able to add their message without having to create an account, and I was able to rejig messages if needed

Really good - simple and easy to customise - and flexible options.

Generally, good experience however, I didn't like the fact that others were able to see other people’s messages on the card. Its say that others won’t be able to see messages except the recipient and who ordered the card however that wasn’t the case. There should be some form of privacy when signing online cards.

UPDATE: Have been contacted and a refund is being processed for the double charge, so thanks to Group Cards. Was charged twice for the one card I ordered. Waiting to hear re a refund but no acknowledgement yet. Card was just as ordered so happy with that.

I’ve used Group Cards twice in the past few weeks - once for a get well card for lots of people to sign and one congratulations for fewer people but included contributing to a gift card and a home designed cover. Both cards were excellent to organise online, easy to distribute for people to sign and more importantly easy for me to keep a track of and chase!

Group Cards is absolutely brilliant. Easy to use, great features and lots of cool cards to choose from. The collection feature is also fantastic, again lots to choose from or the recipient can decide themselves which gift card they want. It's takes all the hassle out of arranging collections for special occasions for special colleagues. Thank you
