Extremely disappointing experience – complete lack of professionalism

After paying for a 1-year subscription, the platform failed to function properly even for a single day. The service is advertised as reliable and consistently available, yet in reality it is frequently inaccessible, and the promised daily checks are never actually available.

What is even more unacceptable is that a specific number of daily checks was clearly promised, but this limit has never been respected, not even once. On top of that, the provider unilaterally reduced the number of daily checks without any prior notice or explanation.

To make matters worse, their customer service is extremely poor. The support team displays an arrogant attitude, consistently refuses to take responsibility, and limits its responses to excuses rather than offering any concrete solution to the client. Instead of addressing the problems, they simply distance themselves from any fault.

Overall, this experience feels misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Charging users for a long-term subscription while failing to deliver even basic functionality—combined with dismissive and unhelpful support—demonstrates a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before paying for this service.
