Everything this seller wrote in their “reply” is just damage control and has nothing to do with what they actually gave me. The screenshots and accounts they are showing in their response are NOT the accounts they delivered to me, they are just random example accounts they use to pretend everything is fine and to make it look like I am lying. In reality, what I received was completely different from what they are now showing in their public answer. I also do not have any option to reply directly under their reply on Trustpilot, so I am forced to create this new review to defend myself and tell the truth.

I reported every single problem to their support chat in detail, multiple times, and they have now deleted those conversations so I cannot use them as proof against them. This is extremely dishonest behavior and shows clearly that they are trying to hide any evidence of unhappy customers instead of fixing the issues.

On top of that, they decided to BLOCK my account right after I left a negative comment. If what they claim was true and their service was really as advertised, there would be absolutely no reason to ban me. A serious support team would contact the customer, explain clearly, and try to solve the problem. Instead, they chose to silence me by banning my account.

If I were really wrong, they would not need to delete my support messages and ban me from their platform. They would keep the history, answer me with transparency, and clarify everything. The fact that they removed my chats and blocked my account just because I was not satisfied and left a negative review proves exactly what kind of “service” they are running. I am warning other people: be very careful before giving them your money.

I boutgh a package from them, they harrased me, blocked my account right after 15 minutes of purchase and didnt refund. They are Scammers, Illegal and selling unauthorised paid tools , not reccomnded ,.. their suppor Person DAVID was rude and continsouly threathning me, when I asked them in your package there is not mentioned , how many user can use one package , and this is understood when company boutgh it , they can have more then three memebrs to use one tool pacakge becasue we bought multiple tools in package , seo perosn will be using seo tools, and social media will be using social tools, and writer will be using writing tools, then how i can limit them not using tools and if i supose to buy different package for all of them , whats the poitn to buy cheap package from you. he kept on threatnign me to lock my account if I will ask my team to use it .. I was in chat and he immadeaitly revoke my credntials access and knockedout me from account . even I have paid for it. without understanding the concern he did this , I have the screenshots of chat .. they are harrasers, scammers and unprofessioanls they stole API from tools and sellign ilegally and bullying users.

Scam as every legit review says. The only positives ones are from Vietnam, do the math!!. btw my purchse went wrong, they just send the crendetials to THEIR website (not the one that u payin for). I reached for the support multiple times that the tool is not working on me. It gives always unauthorized access. They always say the same thing click login again, and yet the same problem. It worked like two days out of 30 days. Very frustrating. I paid basically for nothing.

I signed up to GroupBuySEO Tools last month (March 2025) after contacting the owner, David with my specific instructions. He confirmed that everything would work. It did for 5 days, then the subscription on the app I was paying for had expired and David did not renew the subscription.

I had paid $10.95 and only used the app for 5 days then no access. I contacted David, who said he would look into it. He never replied back. I thought that he was waiting for more people to subscribe to the app before renewing the subscription. I contacted him at the end of my paid subscription asking if he had fixed the problem and if he could reinstate my access.

He said that he had fixed it after he had messaged me, which is not true. I showed him my email thread and all the messages. He then said that I had received fair use and would not extend or refund.

I hate to speak ill of people, so I won't. What I will say is that I was not happy with the product or service.
