Hi Muhammad,
We need to clarify a few things because this review is leaving out key facts and includes claims that aren’t accurate.
First, Groovin Fulfillment does have deals that include LOAs or additional documentation—but this order was sold as a closeout, and that was clearly communicated before purchase and also stated on the invoice. No unwritten promises were made at any point.
Second, the claim that we were “unable to provide documentation that met Amazon’s requirements” is false. We submitted not only our invoice, but also our supplier’s supplier invoice to show the supply chain. After that submission, Amazon never contacted us for verification or follow-up. So it’s not accurate to say we refused to help or failed to provide documents.
Third, the statement about “multiple attempts to resolve” is also misleading. We went above and beyond to help from the beginning, but the communication was disrespectful throughout, even while we were still assisting. It felt like our goodwill was being used as leverage to force a refund—despite the terms being made clear upfront.
We also offered a buyback as a courtesy to help minimize your loss, and that option was declined. At this point, continuing to post repeated negative reviews reads less like a resolution attempt and more like an effort to pressure us.
Lastly, Amazon’s review process can be inconsistent and often appears automated or handled by third-party reviewers, which results in denials even when documentation ties back to a legitimate supply chain. That isn’t something we control.
We stand by what was disclosed before purchase and what is written on the invoice, and we have already provided support beyond what this closeout deal required.
