I'm using Grootop since a month, there are frequent downtimes and the support system is really bad, If you want cheap stuff, then go ahead, otherwise Checkout anywhere else.

Got the VPS in secounds but after some days the owner does not care about the Problems we are facing i dont want a refund i need the support for my VPS Issues i created a ticket called filledwaffle check it out asap

I'm using Grootop since a month, there are frequent downtimes and the support system is really bad, If you want cheap stuff, then go ahead, otherwise Checkout anywhere else.

Good Effort to resolve problems

Singapore Game VPS runs on Contabo 7900 dedicated server. Contabo network has problems of its own and GrootOP try to solve those problems in their own ways.

For the price and efforts, there really isn't much to complain about.

Very bad performance the KVM standard…

Very bad performance the KVM standard vps starts to lag when 10 players join I had purchased 16gb ram plan it couldn't even handle 10 players
