This certainly shouldn’t have happened, and we’d like to make it right for you as quickly as possible. Could you please contact us at info@groomaxvapes.com with your order number and a photo of the affected items, so we can arrange a replacement or refund for the short shipment and any devices that have leaked?

We’re also already reviewing this batch and our packing process to prevent leaking issues like this from happening again. Your review helps us improve, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to fix things.
