Beware deceptive practices
Beware deceptive practices. No customer service and no accountability when their systems fail. Truly a shop at your own risk as they offer no solutions but a lot of finger pointing and assigning blame. They provide no proof of delivery, assign blame to the shipper who shifts blame right back to parent company. Yet, here I sit no resolution, no shoes, and without the money for the shoes I have not received. Buyer beware or better yet stay away
Beware of sizing
I will give it to them that their customer service is decent, quality is ok for the price. But a massive difference in sizes between styles. I bought one pair that are a little oversized, bought another one size down and way too small swapped for same as first still waaay too small.

Gronada is a scam
I wish i had read the reviews here before any purchase.
(1) False claims that you can change your order within 24 hours.
I could not, within 30 mins, because they simply do not reply you until 48 hours later. Then they reply that the package has been sent out. I asked why the size conversion on their website is different from the international size conversion but they did not reply me. Instead the reply, probably a template for the robot, indicated the package has been sent out and told me to RETURN it IF the size is wrong.
(2) They offer No Tracking and No Help
It has been specifically 17 days from my order and unfortunately you do not get a tracking link for your package. So I emailed the Customer service and 'Sophie" did not reply the question as to WHERE it is and WHEN should I expect it to arrive. "She" simply replied me it has been sent out.
At this point, I am convinced Gronada is a scam, I totally regret the purchase and hope that you do not get scammed like me.

In sheer frustration I contacted PayPal through whom I paid for the goods. Mercifully they said “We’ll open a dispute and get it resolved for you.” Hopeful. A dispute was opened, and this seemed to light a fire under Grönanda’s bottoms. The frequency and tone of the correspondence improved markedly. I eventually received the order six weeks after the dispute was opened. The trouble was that they’d got the size wrong again, and the quality of the shoes was abysmal. I told PayPal and they secured me a full refund.
Never buy from these scam artists, ever. If you get sucked in and you used PayPal you’ve got a hope of getting your money back.

AVOID BUYING FROM GRÖNANDA.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have had a protracted email battle with Grönanda in China. They say that I can have a partial refund if I return the incorrect order to China at my own expense. Repeated emails from me asking that they simply send the order that they got wrong met with different permutations of the same response. They stopped replying in the hope that I would let it lie. I won't.
I have ordered three times from Grönanda. Two of the orders were delivered on time (ish) and were fine. I am really happy with the quality of the shoes and the fit for my wide feet is very comfortable, just like they promised.
I ordered some slippers and a cork foot massage ball for my wife's birthday. When this order arrived it was incorrect. Instead of what I ordered they sent a pair of size 9 shoes. Oh well, says I, these things happen. I'll give their customer service folks a call. Ah, no contact number. Never mind, I'll email them, and so I did.
That's when the protracted email conversation began with Sophie - definitely not her real name. I explained the issue and expected them to re-send the order. I was asked to take a video of what I'd received to show what the issue was. Hmm, that's unusual, I thought. So I made a short video and sent it back to Sophie. That'll be the end of it, I thought. No. There followed a long email conversation, the upshot of which is that I have to return what they sent me to China at my expense before they will give me a refund. I didn't want the refund, I just wanted what I'd ordered. This appears not to be possible.

I placed an order for three pairs of shoes from Gronanda on April 25, 2024 (Order No. 21745), and received the items on May 13, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience with these shoes has been far from satisfactory due to several significant issues.
Upon trying the shoes, I immediately noticed two major problems. First, the sole is quite narrow at the back, causing my foot to extend beyond the shoe's sole border. This design flaw results in pain and discomfort, making the shoes unwearable.
Additionally, the shoes emitted a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of toxic fumes. This is particularly concerning as I have small children at home, and I do not want such items in my living space.
On the same day I received the order, I requested a refund. Instead of promptly receiving a full refund, I was asked to send a video showing the items and was only offered 25% of the amount paid. This partial refund is unacceptable given the product issues and my inability to use the shoes at all.
To make matters worse, returning the shoes would take about a month and cost me an additional 50 euros in postage fees. This lengthy and expensive process is highly inconvenient and discouraging.
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the company policy from Gronanda. The shoes are not only uncomfortable and poorly designed but also emit a concerning odor. The refund process has been frustrating and insufficient. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again and cannot recommend their products or services to others.
Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Grönanda. I ordered a pair of PeakTrail® Barefoot Shoes Sport Edition and some Trainer Socks. The shoes arrived in terrible condition—the insoles were peeling off, and the soles had holes exposing the inner netting. They were completely unwearable for any activity.
I immediately contacted customer support for a full refund and prepaid return postage. Instead of addressing my concerns, they asked for a video of the defects, which I provided. Despite clear evidence of the product's faults, they repeatedly offered me partial refunds of 35%, 40%, and even 50%. Each time, I explicitly stated that I wanted a full refund and that partial refunds were unacceptable.
The most infuriating part was their insistence that I pay for the return shipping to China, which would cost more than the shoes themselves. Their final "solution" was to either accept a partial refund or bear the cost of international shipping, effectively ensuring I wouldn't get my money back without additional expense.
This company has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and respect for its customers. Their support is not only unhelpful but actively obstructive. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
Do not waste your time or money with Grönanda. Their products are subpar, and their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

Read this before you buy!! dealing with this company was really the worst experience. Firstly their products don't live up to the pricing that they have on their website (you can feel and see that they are made in china. There is nothing special about them. Secondly the return policy. You have to pay for shipping if you needed to return or exchange your product! What a hassle! Lastly I requested a refund and we agreed on the refund of 35% and instead of refunding the amount they have deducted it! My experience with them just went to -100. And I don't feel that I can trust them. I don't recommend!!

Shoe sizes are not compatible. So I wrote an e-mail to refund. But the answer is given very late.
I say give your address. Please let me send it to you. They are doing their best not to give an address. I always copy and paste the same messages. They send the same things to everyone.

No money has arrived in my account yet. My money went to waste. I don't understand what's going on? You are a very very very very bad salesman.

Payed for shoes shoes two and half weeks ago and the track and trace still says the package hasn't been recieved in my country. The email they provided for questions is unreachable, so I can just wave goodbye to my money.

Painfull to wear when I tried them…
Painfull to wear when I tried them indoors for a day, under the base of my toes. Tried to get refund but customer services were curt and gave me a sob story about cost of business with China. Offered only 35% refund. Fought them via Pay Pal
and eventually won...full refund.
