Ordered shoes July month , now is end of September still didn`t got it. They are sending some scetchy tracking links. Scam

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes only 2 weeks ago. Both arrived, too small and very cheaply made. Asked for a full refund as its within the 30 day refund period. After MANY emails they have offered to give me 35% refund of total purchase price as they are NOT a UK company but based in China, even though they state they are UK. Customer service was terrible. Quality of shoes very poor. Do not buy from them!

It’s scam! The shoes have horrendous quality, they purposefully send a smaller size and copy and paste a text asking for you to pay for the delivery to receive a bigger size. They refused to pay for the delivery for me to send this monstrosity back. I am ashamed of walking with such horrible shoes in the street. I wish I have checked their Trustpillot before. The emails are answered by the fulfilment company and they refused to refund totally. If you want a shoe on the same shameful quality go to Ali Express and pay 8 quid for them. I lost £42 pounds because the shoe on the ad looks decent and the thing they send me is horrendous. Save yourself from losing money.

Worst experience ever. Unfulfilled order having failed to deliver and also now not refunding my order. They've gone silent yet are happy to spam my inbox with all their promo marketing. A fraud of a company, masquerading as a legitimate business.

I placed an order and never received the items. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, the only response I received was from someone named Sophie, who stated that if I didn't like the product, they would only refund 70% of what I paid. This is frustrating since I never actually received the products I ordered. This website appears to be a scam and should be shut down, ensuring all customers receive their rightful refunds.

I never received my order. The postoffice proved it that this shipment never was delivered as they keep telling me. I have send 3 e-mails and don't won't to believed it! This company is to be considered as SCAMMER / FRAUD company!

This company needs to refund a lot of people, improve the quality of the shoe to suit the description and make them in the right size. It's a huge scam, which they are currently getting away with. I want my full refund, of 56 euros, not a duff pair of sorry shoes, 2 sizes too small at 37, yet labelled 39.
They give a UK email, so you have no idea it's being shipped from China and when you complain, they offer a bigger size but you pay for shipping, or they offer you a 30% refund.

Do not buy. Their site is not having contact details. If you need to refund as they declare 30 days return garantee, they will offer discounts etc, but not what is stated on their site. promises without actions. Not honest retailer

Surprised that they shipped from China, but delivery was relatively quick. So that's the good point.
However, I ordered and received size 42, which should give me more wriggle room but, unfortunately, does not. Barefoot, my toes are touching the tip. Even just sitting, not putting my weight on my feet. Therefore, I doubt I will actually be able to walk in these shoes.

I Googled Gronanda UK and made my purchase. I didn't see the shipping times of 9 plus days until it was too late. They were coming from China. I ordered a size 6 as I am a 5.5 but they are so small I can't wear them. After multiple emails I have been told I can keep the size that's too small and pay the postage for another pair (£13). I said I would do that as I thought that would be the least painful option. A few more emails later I was told they don't have a UK 7 so they offered me a 7.5. Obviously I don't want to be stuck with 2 pairs I can't wear and £80 down. So I asked for a refund. I was expecting to be told how to return the size 6 but it seems I just keep them? My refund has been applied. I paid £60, I got £20 back.

They delivered mismatching pair and I’ve tried to get the money back. They will only do that when I send the package back to China, a return I need to pay!

I did send them pictures but still. And they also tried to convince me to buy a new pair, if I agree to pay for the shipment!

The customer service is totally unreachable. The shoes are very poor quality, made in China. I wish I didn’t order.

Aunque supuestamente compras a Italia, viene desde China, y tarda lo suyo, luego ha llegado el calzado en una bolsa compretamente arrugado, para nada a la altura de la calidad que dicen ofrecer. Unas zapatillas que no son precisamente baratas completamente arrugadas en una bolza de plástico y apretadas con cinta de embalar. Decepcionado es poco, para esto compro en el chino del barrio y por lo menos me lo llevo empaquetado en condiciones. Quisiera adjuntar imágenes pero no veo como hacerlo.

I ordered some shoes that didn't fit me. I asked to return them (according to their 30-day return policy) and they compeltely ignored my request, offering to send me a new size or give me a discount. I mentioned many times I was leaving the country soon and needed to return the item asap, and they would not reply for days, only to reply ignoring my request again. I will have to escalate this in order to get my refund.

SHOULD’VE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
I saw the pictures and adverts on Facebook and ordered. In June 24. I have received nothing to date. Customer service responses ask me to “be patient and wait longer”. I eventually said no and requested a full refund. I am now receiving “responses” from “Sophie” telling me why I can’t obtain a refund. In trying to save money, I am now out of pocket. Currently working with my bank to obtain a refund. DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy! There are several issues. 1) First, the delivery took over a month. 2) The shoes are much worse quality than on the photos on the website. I would be ashamed to wear them in public. 3) The sizing is wrong: the shoes are much smaller than standard for the given sizes. My shoes did not fit with size 40, when I usually wear size 39. 4) The deal seems sweet but then shoes look bad, don't fit and you can't really return them, because the return warehouse is in China. So this "company" offers you a pitiful 35% refund.

Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Comfortable, practical barefooted walking shoes. Perfect for autumn winter. Looking forward to getting them muddy and putting them through their paces
