Faulty Item purchased, no response on returns
Purchased and Item. When it arrived, it was packaged in such a way that it appeared to have been in for repairs and then re-sold.
Item did not work.
I have requested a return, but have had no response in 2 weeks.

Dear Grant Fryer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced and for any frustration caused by not being able to reach us during the festive season as we only re-opened today . As our office was closed during this period, we were unable to assist you promptly, and we regret that this affected your experience with us.

All of our products, including the FiveStar LBW WiFi dongles, are new and come directly from our suppliers. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, and it is concerning to hear that yours is not functioning as expected.
We would be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Please reach out to us again, and we will guide you through the necessary steps to either replace or refund the item, in accordance with our return and warranty policy. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive fully functioning products and a positive experience.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to resolving this matter for you.

Fast and free shipping
Fast and free shipping. Was very impressed with the service.
I only purchased on car battery - and it did need some charge on arrival but that is normal if they have been on the shelf for a while. Can't speak to the after sales service on the 18 month warranty. But thus far, they are a real good supplier.

Dear Steve Grobler,
I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to sincerely apologise for the recent issue with your order being sent to the wrong address. Unfortunately, our automation program picked up an incorrect address, and the staff member who booked the shipment was still in training, which led to this oversight.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your goods promptly, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Won't happen again.
Kind regards
