Poor customer service
I purchased a Kia from a Subaru dealership in Bennington, Vermont. I literally had the vehicle 30 days when the engine failed and another dealership wanted $6,712 to replace the engine.
It truly impacted my life as I had two deaths in my family etc.
I paid-off Greylock FCU as the loan defaulted. The debt is paid-in full as of 30 May 2025. Even though I called at least 4 times, sent 6 letters, and a number of emails the bank still has not provided a letter. This has impacted my career. I paid thousands for a car I only had for a month. I am overseas for work and can't just go to the bank. It is awful service.
