Greens Removals (Chester) Ltd Omdömen

They say that moving house is the most stressful time of your life. We had been trying to move for nearly 2 years, we had chains collapse, and buyers pull out, incredibly incompetent conveyancers etc.. but just this weekend we finally moved into our new home. I have to say that Greens Removals made it an absolute breeze, the office staff we're efficient and knowledgeable, and the removals guys were phenomenal, they wrapped every single bottle of my sizable wine collection, we were packed in 4 hours, loaded in 3 hours and moved in with all items in the right room by 4pm.

I'd 100% recommend Greens, in fact i dont think i can recommend them enough.

Amanda was able to organise a date for our removals really quickly and on the day, the team of two were fantastic. They worked really quickly with great care and attention to our belongings. Thoroughly recommend them and will happily go back to Greens in the future if we need removals help again.

The move went very well but with a very late completion near to 5pm, Greens sent another crew to help and the move into our new home was finished by 6-15pm. The men were very helpful and good humoured and made a stressful day bearable. I am 81 and they were very supportive. Not the cheapest quote I had but worth every penny

Excellent service from start to finish. The team packed everything carefully and efficiently the day before the move, and on the day were also respectful and efficient, and cheerful with it, despite large quantities of books and other items, such as pictures, that needed individual packing.
I would definitely recommend Greens.

Excellent service. The guys were extremely careful and patient. They brought a smaller vehicle to deal with our access challenges. Would 100% recommend 👌

Having not moved house for a very long time, I was a bit apprehensive about it all. Paul came round to do the estimate and I felt greatly reassured. I opted for the full packing and removal service and was agreeably surprised at the very reasonable cost. The packing team were excellent and worked non-stop with great care and efficiency. On removal day they quickly dismantled furniture and packed the truck while maintaining good humour - really pleasant young men. At the other end, only a few miles away, they took equal care in unloading everything and reassembling. I was very impressed by the whole process and would strongly recommend the service that Greens provided.

Really great team, efficient and very organised at both ends of the move. it was a really easy process and we would highly recommend Greens to others

Have recently used greens to move to our new house absolutely fabulous really helpful staff arrived on time the removal men dismantled furniture and reassemble it in new house
I would highly recommend greens removals

Would definitely recommend Greens.
Despite moving dates and a gap between moving houses they made the whole process stress free. All the team members we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. We were also impressed by the efficiency with which they relocated all our possessions. Thank you!

We received a fabulous service from the Greens Removals Team, relocating us from Chester to Durham.
It all started with a very helpful visit to talk through the process to pack everything, dismantle beds etc and make the move up to Durham. Filled us with confidence and peace of mind we were in safe hands.
A couple of team members arrived on day one and wrapped & packed perfectly and professionally. Pretty quick too and helpful advice on what goes where and why.
Day two, final wrapping & packing, dismantling and loading the van. Again, very professional, helpful and all loaded by 12:30. Amazing.
Day three, Durham. The team arrived at 7:30 and worked like trojans. Everything placed carefully in all the right rooms. Furniture expertly put back together and our excess things placed in an orderly fashion in the garage. Fabulous. Book them up for sure.

What a fabulous team that arrived to move us on a very hot day in August this year.

From the moment they arrived, it was clear that this was not their first rodeo!

Expertly packed, careful and considerate with all of our items.

At the other side, the team expertly unpacked and reassembled our furniture (beds and wardrobes) in record time taking care to ensure we were happy with their efforts.

I will definitely use Greens Removals again although hope not to move in the near future! And of course will recommend them to our network.

The guys were efficient and helpful. Thay had to carry things up 3 flights of stairs without complaint!

Fantastic service from everyone at Greens - office staff, packers and movers couldn't have been more helpful. It rained relentlessly the day we moved, the removal lads powered through for hours, soaking wet without complaint and still managed to be good natured and helpful. I am recommending them to everyone I know

Excellent, reliable service when booking. The only removal company in Chester that I contacted to actively help and return calls with the necessary information. My items were successfully moved down to the Midlands and into a storage container. This was done carefully and efficiently. Highly recommended

Fantastic from the first visit to organise a quote right through to the move itself. Office staff were very organised and approachable. The guys on the day were friendly and professional and took great care with my belongings.
Service to dismantle furniture and reassemble at another address was excellent. On the day move felt very stress free and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful. Quote was very reasonable for a move a distance away.

Really good company to deal with and the movers were a great set of lads. Everything went very smoothly...good care was taken and all done for one of the best prices. Would highly recommend.

The team was very professional and handled the packages with extra care. Their removal services really helped us to settle faster.

I needed two bulky items - a grandfather clock and a double bed - bringing from my father's home to mine. The two guys who turned up couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. The job was done in no time and the bed taken up a staircase which turns twice before you could turn around. Well done Greens!

My move was from North Wales to South Wales. My experience was very pleasant. The service was punctual and efficient and also kept in mind our requirements. All service was well delivered as planned. I will recommend green removals for anyone looking to use their services.

Outstanding customer service! We have used Greens as a family for many years and every time they have been incredible. Whenever I call the office, nothing is too much trouble. Recently, our completion date for our move had to change very last minute and we had to rearrange everything which was incredibly stressful. However, Amanda and the team in the office managed to make a stressful situation less so within a heartbeat and I will be forever grateful to them for that. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the removal team are always so prompt, friendly and helpful. I really can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend Greens to anyone needing storage and removals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much! X
