Green Pantry, Trusted Natural Nutrition; Our Story:
In 2008, the unique dog food brand Green Pantry was launched. It sets itself apart from other complete dog foods by elevating the concept and benefits of natural nutrition for dogs to a whole new level. This accomplishment was mainly due to Keith Allison's expertise, who extensively researched the advantages of natural and herbal ingredients for dogs. Keith also identified that the premium quality of all components used was paramount to ensure the highest possible levels of natural nutrition retention. Along with the Green Pantry team, they carefully addressed factors affecting a dog's overall well-being, such as harmful chemicals and subpar ingredients commonly found in dog food and products. Their dedication resulted in a natural dog food offering notable health benefits, visibly enhancing the well-being of dogs that consume it. Our Mission Our mission is to, day by day, share in the joy of helping your pet lead their best life through the benefits of high-quality and trusted natural nutrition. Green Pantry is committed to providing pets with a healthy and natural alternative to traditional pet food products. Our focus is on deriving the best quality nutrition from nature's pantry, which is why we always use natural ingredients wherever possible. By sourcing only the highest-quality natural ingredients, we can ensure that pets receive the goodness they need to live happy and healthy lives. Our Vision
To become the UK's most trusted independent partner for pet nutrition, trusted by pet parents and pets alike. Our Sustainability Promise
Sustainable pet food is, quite rightly, a real buzzword currently. Nearly all brands of dog food and pet food in the UK will claim to be sustainable. And yet, many are still made outside of the UK, and even more continue to use plastic packaging. As part of our integrity value, we believe being as kind as possible to the environment is not open to debate.• Locally Made
Food miles generate nearly 20% of all CO2 emissions that come from food (European Commission 2023). Sadly, Pet food is a significant player in this. It may surprise you, but many of our 'British' pet food suppliers have their products made overseas, mainly in mainland Europe but sometimes even further afield. At Green Pantry, we are committed to keeping our food miles as low as possible, which is why all of our products are produced at home in the UK• Paper Packaging
We think this one's a bit of a no-brainer. All our products come in paper-based and 100% fully recyclable packaging.• Sourced with Care
Not only does carefully selecting the highest quality ingredients allow us to provide top-notch nutrition, but it also allows us to work with top-quality suppliers who care about sustainability and animal welfare. For example, every time you think your perfect (or maybe not so perfect 😊 ) dog deserves a little reward with one of Green Pantry's natural treats, you can go ahead safe in the knowledge the meat comes from a red tractor-approved farm and the fish is from an MSC-accredited source. So go on, take the Green Road with Green Pantry. Not only are you giving your best four-legged friend the best life, but you are also taking care of the planet.

I have recently places an order for trial packs. The order came through very quickly. There was an adequate amount in the pack to make sure the fussy dog liked it and it. was ok for digestion. Having a small dog it will take a while. yet to assess. Up to now all is well.

easy to order and arrived promptly
easy to order and arrived promptly. I order the white fish kibble as it is a really good low fat option instead of some of the "prescription" diets that are little more than rice, maize and a tiny bit of chicken. This food has quality ingredients and has a lower fat content than any of them and best of all my dog loves it

Still waiting for an order from 11.04…
Still waiting for an order from 11.04 emailed asking for update due to going away and not enough puppy food to last - puppies grow quickly and the quantity has to increase. We paid for 1-2 working day delivery and still no sign of it 4 working days later. Didn’t even bother replying so no food and had to go away without it and take a 50 mile detour to get a bag from a local stockist. Terrible customer service - have no interest in the dog only the cash. Will not be ordering again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. We completely understand how stressful it must have been to be preparing to go away, running low on puppy food, and not receiving the order you paid for within the expected timeframe.
During this period, we faced major and unexpected issues with ParcelForce, which caused significant delays that were unfortunately outside of our control. We sent updates through our email system to keep customers informed which were opened, and for anyone who contacted us directly in urgent need, we did everything possible to send orders out by alternative means including sending parcels manually via alternative couriers, making trips to the Post Office, and even hand delivering orders ourselves in the evenings for customers within a certain radius.
We are very sorry if you felt unsupported during this time. That is never the experience we want for any customer. We care deeply about our customers and their pets; the wellbeing of the dogs and cats we feed has always been at the heart of everything we do. It’s upsetting to read your comments and know we fell short for you on this occasion, we take your comments seriously.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, but we’ve been unable to reach you by phone. We genuinely would like the opportunity to put this right. GP.

I don’t like to give only average score on feedback as I am sure that the quality of the product is perfectly good ! However my two dogs are the judges and unfortunately they both showed zero interest in the samples .

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you noting that the quality wasn’t the issue and of course every dog has their own preferences. We’d be happy to send a different flavour to help you find one they enjoy. Please let us know. Thank you again for trying GP.
