Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving London Stansted Airport (STN), based at the Novotel London Stansted Hotel on Round Coppice Road, Essex. This page also covers the Braintree, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Harlow, Hoddesdon and Waltham Abbey desks. From Arrivals, follow signs to the Bus/Coach terminal and make your way down to the Ground Floor Level of the airport. Take the shuttle to the Novotel Hotel from Bay 18, presenting your rental voucher to the driver for a free ride. The Novotel Hotel is a short ride around the airport, with easy access to the M11 and A120. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 06:00–midnight, including public holidays.

Disgraceful profiteering!
I was charged DOUBLE the amount of a parking fine, despite telling them I was disputing it.
Trying to complain was impossible. All their advertised phone numbers directed me to email, which only produced an automated reply.
Despite the charge, the parking company is still chasing me for payment and threatening court action. I have received no confirmation the fine was ever paid.
When I finally reached customer service, the response was someone reading from a script and repeating, “It’s company policy.”
I’ve since found several Facebook pages dedicated to other customers’ poor experiences with this company.
I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

Ottima esperienza dall'arrivo fino alla fine.
L'auto era già pronta al nostro arrivo e la procedura di accettazione è stato veloce . Il veicolo era in ottimo stato, a parte qualche graffio di cui Green Motion era già a conoscenza. Durante la nostra settimana di soggiorno sono stato anche contattato dalla sede per verificare che tutto procedesse al meglio. Al rientro non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema.

Great experience, staff were very helpful and car was great. Got seen to in good time and was on my way, however…. Was told the holding fee when paid by credit card was 7-10 days when realistically it was 30 days!! When I rang and queried after 3 weeks was told no usually 30 days. So not sure why I was told 7-10 days.

Quick pick up
Quick pick up, very quick drop off. Only thing they said it had 1/4 of a tank. I only got ti the down slope at the M11 less than 2 miles away and car display saud it was out of petrol. I do wish they did full to full or empty to empty as the digital displays are not as accurate as the old fashioned dial and pointer.
