Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Navetta e vai
La recenzione si riferisce alla restituzione.
Tutto molto preciso e scrupoloso.
nessuna osservazione negativa.
sia alla cxonsegna che al ritiro grande cortesia della signora che ci ha atteso con la navetta
Suggerisco di evidenziare maggiormente in aereoporto il punto di incontro, che andrebbe più pubblicizzato.

Staff is good, but the car is not so good
The staff is great and deserves kudos. The car, though, had issues. I was already too far away to return it and had to endure the problems for three weeks. The last week, they were helpful in giving me another car. The A/C didn't work well, and one tire kept going flat.

Svar från Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Athens International Airport
Thank you for recognising the Athens team. We understand that the air conditioning and repeatedly deflating tyre affected a long rental, even though a replacement vehicle was provided in the final week. Please email your booking reference and any details of when the issues were reported privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can review the vehicle record and the support provided.

Svar från Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Athens International Airport
We’re sorry to read that the vehicle had many scratches, that the defroster was not working, and that you felt your video of its condition was not reviewed when damage was disputed. We also hear your concern about the office interaction. We cannot verify the vehicle record from this review alone. If you would like us to examine the evidence, please contact ics@cs.greenmotion.com.
