Greenly has allowed us to calculate emissions of 6 entities in a fairly fast and optimal way. It removed the pressure in the Emission Factor selection, helped with Quality checks, and optimised workflows with the templates, analysis and also the use of Eco-pilot lately.
we have reached a 95% activity based emission milestone, and are now focusing on mapping out almost our whole supply chain.

Greenly proposes a one stop solution for diverse ESG needs ranking from ESG reporting to Carbon footprint and LCA analysis with good support and at a competitive cost.

We've been using Greenly as our sustainability platform for the past two years, and it has played a key role in supporting our carbon management journey. As someone responsible for GHG accounting and LCA calculations, I have found the platform to be very intuitive and user-friendly, making what can often be a complex process much more manageable.
When we first introduced Greenly, there were understandable concerns about how such a significant change would be adopted across the company. However, the transition was far smoother than we expected. The platform's clear structure, ease of use, and practical guidance helped build confidence quickly and encouraged engagement from different teams.
One of Greenly's biggest strengths is the support provided by their team. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Whether answering technical questions or providing guidance on methodology and data collection, their support has consistently been excellent.
Overall, Greenly has helped simplify our sustainability reporting and carbon calculations while improving the efficiency of our processes.

I like the fast and correct help from the Greenly team. Every time i had a question the respons was quick. I sometimes struggled with the fact that the data i put into the Greenly platform was directly converted to tCO2e, it would be helpfull if the data was also still available in the metrics it was given into Greenly, for example the amount of liters diesel usage for company cars. other than that great tool!

Greenly has been good in helping us get our carbon accounting and LCAs of the ground. The current support team is also nice!

Invoicing and admin have been our primary hurdles. Despite multiple requests to consolidate billing and update contact information, we’ve experienced persistent issues that eventually led to an account freeze. Entering our third year, we’d expect more seamless administrative continuity.

The platform itself isn’t as intuitive as it could be. In terms of what's required, what’s optional, and I wish I could copy data over from the year before, either as a template or a full dataset like the employee data so that we don't have to poll employees excessively.

It’s also been difficult to communicate regularly with experts. The chat feature is super helpful and the response time is fairly short. I still would like to have discussions directly with experts to understand some nuances better about our data quality and areas for improvement but I haven’t had that chance.

Finally, as a media company we need a platform with more granularity in digital advertising. Greenly offers us a good start - especially considering slow data collection internally. However, as we move towards net zero, we may need more digital advertising API support than Greenly currently has.

Ultimately, Greenly is a great tool for a company with a heavy scope 1 or 2 footprint, or any company using expense-based accounting for Scope 3. The data templates provided can also be quite helpful. For companies with a heavy scope 3 footprint, we are seeing a lot of ongoing and welcome updates with the platform. The AI integration also makes it quite easy to map suppliers and expenses but there are still a lot manual needs when it comes to finalizing data - especially for the advertising industry.

07/04/2026 - Je ne peux qu'être admiratif de la réaction de Greenly suite à mon avis ci dessous. Le simple fait d'avoir été contacter et écouter montre le sérieux de l'entreprise.
Je n'en connais pas beaucoup qui chercherait à comprendre un Quidam qui laisse un avis sur le terrain.
Alors oui, mon expérience fut ce qu'elle a été et je vais avoir du mal à la changer. Mais j'espère que les retours serviront. Je modifie légèrement mon commentaire initial pour une phrase, qui je pense, n'a rien à faire dans cet avis. Et je change ma note de 1 à 4 étoiles pour saluer la démarche et montrer la conscience professionnelle de Greenly pour adapter son approche et sa probité dans ses objectifs.

02/04/2026 :"Bon je ne suis que le salarié de mon entreprise qui s'est rapproché de Greenly.
J'ai donc uniquement répondu qu'aux questionnaires des émission carbone liées a mon activité professionnelle.

Mais, j'ai rarement vu des questionnaires aussi mal fargués et incompréhensibles. Le résultat global est inexploitable en l'état. L'expérience était tellement nulle (Désolé, je n'ai pas d'autres mots), qu'il est actuellement hors de question que j'aille voir les formations proposées.

@greenly: Si vous voulez que les résultats que vous vendez aux entreprises soient exploitable, Il faut changer votre approche. Il ne fait aucun doute que l'impact que vous mesurez est drastiquement sous évalué voir complètement foireux. Désolé si je suis très remonté, mais j'ai vraiment eu l'impression qu'on se moquait de moi pendant la durée du questionnaire, aussi court fut-il. "

Attempting to complete survey sent by customer and the user interface is shockingly terrible. At first couldn't access survey. Finally able to and now can't progress past 33% of the first question! Tried all usual troubleshooting steps but nothing works. More than happy to provide our data as a supplier for our customer/s but this platform is not at all capable of doing that. From end user - survey invite side - appalling.

From start to finish completely awful. Not helpful, full of empty promises and to finish it cost us £1000. A complete waste of time and money and in trying to cancel they became even more awful to deal with. stay well clear

Mon expérience avec Greenly et son logiciel de calcul d'empreinte carbone a été très fluide. L'outil est très facile à utiliser, et les prix qu'il propose sont très compétitifs comparés aux solutions classiques comme les cabinets de conseil ou d'autres alternatives dites technologiques. Sa facilité d'administration en fait une option particulièrement adéquate pour les petites entreprises qui découvrent le rôle de leader climatique, tout en restant une alternative robuste pour les entreprises de plus grande taille.
