Do not waste time looking for property on this listing site.
Properties I was interested in appear to have been sold months ago but still listed for sale on their website.
I have not had a single response from a property owner or a real estate company who have properties listed.
In my opinion, the Green Acres property listing site is useless.

would give a zero if possible. I paid 120 euros to list my property. The only emails I received from the site were phishing/scam responses. I contacted support and they didn't care one fig that my listing was not generating any genuine responses. To put it into context, I sold my house on another (free) site in less than 3 months. Biggest waste of money AVOID!!

I booked a residential cleaning and it was canceled on the day. I went back on the app to try and rebook and it booked me with the same operator who canceled, when I called him - his name is Reza - it was extremely difficult to figure out what he was saying as he spoke almost no English. I've been charged for the service and still haven't had a cancelation email for the second booking. If you're looking for reliability I would highly recommend booking with someone else.

Greenacres suspended my property listing for no reason.it took 11 days for them to rectify their mistake and because I wrote a email stating how annoyed I was to the company greenacres have now said they have stopped my listing and do not my custom, again showing their lack in professionalism and custom care and not being able to resolve the issue which they caused. The issue was caused by greenacres and you cannot get to speak with anyone all you get is a automated reply .

BUYER BEWARE. We ordered countertops, signed a contract with Green Acres and paid one half down. They came and measured twice, the second time with a laser, and determined we needed 57 Sq. Ft. We received a call once the slabs came in and were told we would have to pay an additional $1300.00 because the slabs weren't as big as they thought they would be (???). We asked if the sq. ft. from the original estimate had changed and were told it had not. We still needed the same 57 Sq. Ft.
When we balked at the additional cost and asked for a refund, we were told
"YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT." and were required to pay a $250.00 cancellation fee. We didn't feel comfortable going forward so we paid the cancellation fee, even though no measurements changed and we had a signed contract. We are still in complete shock over the whole ordeal.

I am very pleased with Green acres. The technician Michael was very profession and did an excellent job. The office staff has also been very responsive and a pleasure.

It’s been approximately 1 month I’ve advertised properties in Brazil with Green-Acres and with several other websites. Green-Acres was the only one that really brought me good inquiries, I didn’t get any inquiry from any of the other websites. I sent them a message with questions, I live in the US and they called me to help me out. I haven’t sold my properties yet but I’m very happy with their customer service and the results so far. I’m sure I’ll sell my properties soon with their help.

After the free trial we got 2 actual contact from real people. We decided to put our most expensive properties on their website to avoid casual buyers that "ask for more information". Result?
They put online every single listing we had. After 1 day we reached our budget limit, where 4 out 5 contacts asked more info about the cheapest properties and then don't answer their phone nor reply to the e-mail.

If you want to advertise your property you might have more luck throwing flyers off an air balloon than creating an account on their website.

To be fair we have sold a house through Green-acres about 10 years ago....took a little time,but got there in the end.One thing that you should be aware of if you decide to try and sell your house through this company & that is many MANY fake contacts pretending to be interested in your property.I would say probably 90% of the 'contacts' we have had have all been fake,you can spot them a mile off....always asking the same ridiculous questions,often asking for "more information" but never specifying what precisely they would like to know despite the description covering EVERYTHING & more besides!! Obviously these fraudsters WANT you to telephone their fake numbers, obviously I never do & I NEVER reply with my proper name.Im guessing most of these fake 'purchasers' are working in some sweaty office in Nigeria or Delhi..... really not sure that I'm going to continue with this company,so far it's been a total waste of my time.

worked well to start with , but when they had a technical problem so all photos were missing , no contact for days ,then rude off-hand comments, etc and ignoring my requests ...
would not recommend !!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Do not advertise with them they took €210 from me yesterday Failed to put up the advertisement and refuse to reply to messages or refund the money.
Its Impossible on their website to even find THE ISLAND OF MEGANISI.
